'Great property and staff, dining on site was great, the wharf at the sister property wasn’t very good'

'I have visited this property 3 times now. The property is beautiful and relaxing. The fellow that works at the front desk is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed immediately. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. I appreciate the free beverages in the mini fridge. I hope to visit again soon.'

'Uitstekend gelegen hotel. Direct aan het strand, dat is top. Het hotel zelf kan wel wat liefde gebruiken. Het is verouderd. Kamers zijn ruim, en hebben prima voorzieningen. Wel gehorig, we hadden last van luidruchtige buren. Handig dat het ontbijt is inbegrepen. Prima hotel als budgetvriendelijke optie. '

'I had mention to one of the staff we were at the hotel to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary and the HR Manger sent up a cheese tray a bottle of wine and a ballon! Over and above to make our stay wonderful!'

'I was charged alot of different fees plus a tip they took out after my stay i knew nothing about. My room had dirt and food in it apon arrival when my daughter pulled the sofa bed out to sleep was crushed cheetos in it. Two of our tvs didn't work right but mainly upset over the charges for the stay. After already paying over 500 for 2 nights alone that was upsetting..probably never stay there again ive been to jekyll a ton and usually never have a problem with stuff like this. Just be aware'

'Perfect if all you care about is price and have zero standards….. Arrived to the property at 2 pm. Check in is at 4. They literally make you wait until exactly 4. We know because we came back at 3:45 and they said we have to wait until 4. While we’re waiting we went to the bar area outside. The bartender looked like she hasn’t smiled in years and the drinks were awful. $14 a mixed drink and we ended up throwing them away. Once checked in we walk to our room and it smells inside the room Like it...
