'The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable.'

'Terrible customer service. We had a great experience until I accidentally left something in the room. After a week, I had a friend who lives there pick it up and send it to me. The level of ignorance and incompetence did not leave me with any faith that they could use the mail correctly. I was genuinely afraid if left in their hands that I may never see my items again. 'We have stayed here on 3 separate occasions and we love it so much we haven’t tried anywhere else in Tuscaloosa. The location to the university can’t be beat, the pool is clean, and staff is always friendly. We will be back.'

'New, clean accomodation and all staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Did not like not having at least complimentary am coffee in the lobby. In room coffee is a one cup packet only and was not replentished during my stay.'
