Very well located, less than a 15-minute drive from the beach, less than 5 minutes from downtown Jerez and golf courses, with many nearby amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants, a movie theater, tapas bars, and shopping centers, green spaces, and plenty of tourist attractions to enjoy the charms of Jerez—such as visits to the world-renowned Jerez wineries or the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art. you can make the most of our fantastic climate by sampling the renowned cuisine and wines of our region at numerous restaurants offering unbeatable value for money.
