Muchas gracias por su valoración. Si quería una habitación más grande podría haber reservado una deluxe en lugar de una estándar. Por otra parte le dejé la calefacción y le dije que no tocara ningún botón salvo el de encendido/apagado. Cuando dejaron la habitación ustedes habían cambiado de calefacción a aire acondicionado. Normal que tuvieran frío.

Gracias por su comentario. Como le comenté me pilló usted en medio de una visita al Palacio. Posteriormente he comprobado las contraventanas del baño y se cierran perfectamente, lo único es que hay que tener un poco de tacto para evitar el cordel de la cortina de ducha al cerrarlas. Sólo tenía que mirar hacia arriba en lugar de buscar vecinos que están a más de 200 metros y siempre con las persianas bajadas. No hubiera estado de más que mencionara que le hicimos un upgrade (sin tener por qué hacerlo) a una habitación más amplia (y de mayor coste) al mismo precio. Es de bien nacidos ser agradecidos.

As I explained you a few times the Palace is protected by the Spanish law as a historical monument. So we are not allowed to install an elevator. In any case you could have checked it out before booking with us. It is written on our web page and in our description in Expedia.

Gracias por su comentario. Como explicamos tanto en nuestra web, como en el email de recibimiento que enviamos a todos nuestro clientes, esto no es un hotel al uso. No espere encontrar ni cafetería, ni ascensores, ni ninguna modernidad aparte de aquello que hacce confortable las habitaciones. Lo que nosotros ofrecemos es la experiencia de vivir en un palacio con todas sus antigüedades.. Quien quiera cafetería le puedo recomendar muchas cerca. Estamos en pleno centro de la ciudad. En cuanto a que la habitación es demasiado pequeña, contamos con tres habitaciones Deluxe mucho más grandes. Igual cuando se viaja con tres baúles como Sissi emperatriz hay que pensar en no ir a lo barato y alquilar una de las habitaciones grandes. Si lo hubieran hecho, sus tres maletones no les habrían estorbado en la habitación.
