Een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om New York te bezoeken. Ruime kamers en openbaar vervoer om de hoek. De ontbijtruimte was wat klein en het assortiment wat karig maar voldoende. Het enige minpunt was dat tijdens ons verblijf van 7 dagen slechts 2 keer is schoongemaakt en ons bed werd opgemaakt maar niet verschoond.

Goede uitvalsbasis voor New York. Gebied met hotels, bedrijven en restaurantjes. Rustig en veilig gevoel. Tegenover het hotel zit een bushalte. Voor $8,50 heb je een retourtje en stap je binnen 20 minuten uit op Times Square! Hotel is goed. Netjes en schoon. Kamer ook netjes, mooie moderne badkamer met douche. Enige nadeel is deur tussen kamers. Je hoort alles van je buren, zelfs als ze naar het toilet gaan of hun haar staan te föhnen. Ontbijt prima en voor ieder wat. Nadeel is wel de hele kleine ruimte (stuk of 8 tafels) voor zo’n groot hotel. Zeer tevreden.

Wij hebben specifiek gezocht naar een verblijf met ontbijt. Door werken in het gebouw, bleek er tijdens ons verblijf geen ontbijt te zijn. Het werd opgevangen door een zakje met een muffin en een watertje dat je kon meenemen naar je kamer, wat voor mij onvoldoende was. Ik eet ook niet graag op mijn bed. Iedereen was heel vriendelijk maar in New Jersey zou er ten allen tijde toch minstens 1 iemand achter de receptie moeten staan die Engels spreekt/verstaat. De kamer was prachtig en proper maar er is geen service zoals bedden opmaken, handdoeken wisselen... niet erg voor mij, maar zou wel eerlijk moeten vermeld zijn. Ook de beloofde/omschreven magnetron en koelkast was niet aanwezig. De ligging was goed, restaurants in de buurt, Walmart in op wandelafstand en bus 320 naar Manhattan voor de deur. Heen en terugrit €8.5

The overall rating is Good due to Staff, service, convenience, public transport, location, quiet and safe. I only do not recommend to purchase in advance and in full the room total rate because the hotel will not release the room earlier even if the room is ready to be checked in. No early checkin options are available even if room shows to be ready and paid in full in advance. Thank you.

This is a very clean and newly renovated property. Parking and breakfast are nice additions. However, i can’t say breakfast was amazing (but at least you get something to eat). The rooms are big and have everything you need (also includes fridge and microwave). There is a bus that costs $4.25 right in front of the hotel to NYC. I recommend if you are looking for a cheap and clean property around the area. Hotel staff were also nice!

Llegando al check in la del front desk muy poco paciente, no entendía que yo había dejado como garantía mi tarjeta digital y quería a fuerza que el núm de tarjeta coincidiera con la tarjeta física, fue un show. Me hospedé por 1 semana y al 3er día descubrimos UN RATÓN en la habitación, se los mencionamos y solo dijeron: SORRY. Por lo que tuve que exigir cambio de habitación. El desayuno fue bueno.

I was so surprised about the quality of the service, how fast was to check in, the convenience of the transportation (bus stop to NY just across the street), everything was clean... Very nice experience for a 3 stars hotel! I definitely will back. Highly recommended!

**They are doing renovations on the property** We had to walk around the back of the building to use a separate entrance to get to the elevator because it was not accessible from the main entrance. This was not convenient at night with a child coming back from dinner. When I got ready for bed the 1st night I noticed hair on my sheets when I pulled the blanket back. No one would bring clean sheets to my room because “no one was available” so I had to go downstairs from the 5th floor to get clean sheets. On my walk down to the front desk housekeeping was in front of me walking the sheets to the front desk (she could have dropped them off at the room). The night before checking out I called and asked for a late checkout, they said no problem. The next morning they were calling the phone right at 11 asking when I was checking out. They also sent housekeeping to ask this even tho I had already spoke with someone. Late checkout was at 12, they were calling again at 11:45 to see if I was close to leaving. Common areas of hotel were clean. Some of the staff were friendly when we crossed paths. Hotel seemed empty for the most part, we only saw a couple other guest and parking lot was empty. Probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Everything overall was fine but no hot water in our bathroom which was not ideal. But the property was nice and super convenient to NY which was a huge plus.

Plenty of parking, I felt very safe traveling with my family, super cheap and convenient bus service right out front takes you NYC just blocks from times square. Seriously the bus service was so nice. Good restaurants right across the street. The staff was not super helpful at times. I called down a couple times to see if they had a fan that I could use and nobody every gave me an answer, and I definitely didn't get a fan. Everything was super clean and remodeled, showers were beautiful. Overall we would definitely stay here again for future trips to NYC.
