2 Bedrooms 15 min by bus to Times Sq NY

This is a recently renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment located just few stops (about 15 min) by bus to Times Square in NYC. It is in a small 2 family house located in Union City NJ, across the Hudson River from Manhattan. Bus stop is 2 blocks away from the apartment. Residential area.
PLEASE NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED …
The space
2 bedroom 1 bathroom with a full kitchen.
Both bedrooms have a queen size bed and additional air mattress each.
Bedroom 1: queens size bed, queens size air mattress and a work desk.
Bedroom 2: queens size bed, twin size air mattress.
The living room has a pull out couch that is also queen size

Whole apartment can fit 4 ppl max + 2 more on air mattress or on a couch at full capacity although not recommended.
The kitchen has a full fridge and a gas stove with microwave and dishwasher.
There are stairs at the entrance to the house.
We now have a parking pass available. There is no charge for it, however a $50 deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable unless the pass is lost or stolen (In which case the charge is $500. Each household gets one pass per year so if you loose it we won’t be able to provide it for others.
There is also plenty of public parking available in the neighborhood if this is inconvenient for you.
Guest access
This is a 2 family house and a 2 bedroom apartment is being rented with 1 bathroom and a full kitchen. You will have a complete privacy. Access is through smart lock. You will have your access code assigned the day before you arrive and will be active for the duration of your stay.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: If you or anyone in your group is using acne medication or any creams that will discolor bed sheets or towels, please bring your own. There will be a $10 per towel and $60 per bed sheet set charge for any ruined items starting March 2023. We unfortunately cannot afford to keep eating this cost
