To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and to respect our neighbors, please review and follow these house rules.

• Please remove your shoes inside the property. Indoor slippers are welcome.
• Only registered guests are allowed. No additional or overnight visitors outside of the reservation.
• No parties, events, or celebrations of any kind (including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays).
• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
• No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the apartment or building hallways.
• Please respect neighbors and common areas of the building at all times.
• Do not move or rearrange furniture unless approved by the host.
• Please do not unplug or tamper with electronics (TVs, routers, cable boxes, lamps, etc.).
• No mail or package deliveries unless arranged with the host in advance.
• Please park only in designated areas, if parking is provided.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property without refund.

Photo ID Verification
For security purposes, a matching government-issued photo ID may be requested before check-in instructions are provided.

Respect the Plumbing 🚽
To avoid plumbing issues, please do not flush wipes, paper towels, or other foreign items in the toilet.

Cleanliness
Please maintain reasonable cleanliness during your stay and dispose of trash properly.

Security
Exterior security cameras may be present in building entrances or exterior areas only.
There are no cameras inside the apartment.

🐾 Pets

No Pets allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.

Unauthorized parties or additional guests will result in a $500 penalty and immediate termination of the stay.
