Hot rooms! Downstairs was freezing but actual rooms would not go under 75! The room was hot and humid. Was told a maintenance person would come and they never did. Only 2 elevators working, took 40 minutes of no elevator before I took my sick child and walked down 14 flights with our luggage at checkout. Lobby smelled musty and staff was rude.

Property is in serious need of updating. Our rooms were damp with a musty odor. The ventilation fans in the bathrooms didn't work, we were unable to control the temperature, and the lights flickered in one of the rooms. Thankfully, we only stayed for one night.

Overall it was a good stay. The problem when we were there was there was only 1 working elevator out of 4 but we brought it up to the staff and they were so polite and respectful about it. There should also be more than just 1 crappy microwave for the whole hotel. Other hotels have one in each room. For the price we paid i thought i was going to get a much better experience than the other ones I've been to. It was also very easy to check in and out.

The property was super outdated. Mold in bathrooms and the carpet was disgusting. It was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years. Please save money using the extended stay or the other hotel near dreamworks. This stay was equivalent to staying in a motel. Never again!!

I didn’t like that despite booking months ago for a room, we couldn’t get it on the day of our arrival because it was sold out to guests that extended their stay. Still, when I called and asked to be moved back to the original room we were supposed to have, they were very nice and helpful about it. We were switched to a better room the next day. I love that they were very professional and made sure we were comfortable in our stay. Had a good experience staying here.

The staff was not accommodating. Specifically an older man when checking in. No one was wearing name tags, but I believe that he was being called Mario. Although there was a line, in which I was standing, when it was my opportunity to check in, he called for a male behind me as if I didn’t exist. I’m an African American woman in my mid 20s. After I spoke up making it known that I was waiting and indeed next to be helped, he laughed and didn’t even apologize. The male behind me even stated that I was next. I didn’t want the employee to assist me further so I waited and was assisted by someone else. If I didn’t already pay in full I would’ve cancelled and left. I won’t be back to this location. Not a pleasant experience. The room was just ok, but the shower was really hot, which was a plus for me. Happy Travels.

I got locked out of my room 3 times! Once because one of the original key cards was for the wrong room, and twice because the replacement key cards failed to work. I like that they had shuttle service to take you to the Mall, walmart, and train station. What I didn't like was that there was only 2 elevators working in the building. It was overcrowded because of a basketball tournament and they crowded the elevators. Another important thing is that there's only one microwave which stays in the lobby. The whole entire guest have to use that one microwave and I don't like that. I would recommend that they put a microwave on each floor where the ice machine is.It will be more convenient and less crowded. Other than that I definitely enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend. The staff was excellent and very nice.

The rooms were very outdated. Very dirty. A lot of mold stains in the bathroom. No refrigerator as stated. Four guests only two towels the water did not get hot. They were overcrowded were down elevators which made us wait nearly almost an hour for an elevator to go up one floor. The only positive about this hotel is the hostess at the restaurant and the bartenders. They were very kind and accommodating to myself and my children.

Had a very bad experience. The staff at front desk were arrogant and rude. The room was unclean and elevator was extremely slow. Would recommend staying there to anyone.

What I like about the property was it was 10 mins from American Dream. What I DIDN'T like was There was not enough wash clothes in my room.The Only microwave for guest to use was SO NASTY it should be a health hazard. There were only 2 elevators working for 20 floors! On the 12th floor getting off the elevator were shell all over the floor and we complain about the loud room across hall, with nothing being so we DID NOT get any sleep on Friday night! I paid for 2 nights but only enjoyed one! SMH I'm very disappointed!

Service was horrible. We waited over an hour for an elevator just to get to our room because only two were properly working. The next morning, We had to wait hours for wash cloths that were never available in our room.

Checked in air conditioning didnt work they switched our room middle of the night the air-conditioning stopped working 80 degrees in the room the whole night.

It's the worst Hilton hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel is dirty, dingy, and grimy. Elevators take forever to arrive on your floor, and we asked for extra towels that never arrived. We asked for a menu and were told we had to go down to the lobby to get it. There is visible mold in our bathroom. beds we uncomfortable and I'm seriously hoping we didn't take any bedbugs with us. they need to revamp this hotel needs some serious upgrades prices being charged are also not coinciding with service and amenities.
