Dit ruime appartement bestaat uit 2 slaapkamers met een gemeenschappelijke badkamer en 1 grote slaapkamer met een eigen badkamer. Het appartement heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten, granieten werkbladen en vaatwasser. Direct buiten uw voordeur is er een balkon waar u kunt genieten van de zonsopgang met uw ochtendkoffie aan een ruime tafel en stoelen met uitzicht op het onlangs gerenoveerde 2nd street park. Kijkend naar het oosten kun je een glimp opvangen van de skyline van het centrum van NYC! Alle voorzieningen beschikbaar: Wifi met glasvezel Zakelijk internet, TV Premium-pakket van Verizon Fio met on-demand, wasmachine en droger.

Prive parkeren is beschikbaar $ 20 per nacht per voertuig, dit moet gereserveerd worden en we hebben beperkte plaatsen of een gratis straat residentiële parkeerkaart is beschikbaar op aanvraag, parkeren op straat is niet gegarandeerd, je moet rondrijden en een plek vinden met in 4 blokken van de eenheid. Geen gegarandeerde parkeerplaats voor directe boekingen, de parkeerplaats is mogelijk al verhuurd.

Dit ruime uitzicht op het park huis op de tweede verdieping slaapt 12 comfortabel. Inbegrepen in alle kamers zijn zeer comfortabele, zelf opblazende luchtbedden voor gasten, dubbele of volledige maten zijn waardevol. Aarzel niet om voor uw aankomst te vragen of ze kunnen worden ingesteld!

Great alternative to Manhattan

A great place to stay with families. Large park across the street. Safe location. Efficient bus transportation (lines 119 and 123) to and from manhattan port authority. Download the NJ transit app. Buy your bus passes online and then they are on your phone. Cheapest is the packet of ten. A typical ride share to and from the city is 40-80 one way whereas for our family of five it was 11 one way and buses come regularly from 6am-1am. Once at the port authority buy a metro card unlimited for a week and get anywhere and everywhere in the five boros for 35/week unlimited rides.Nearby is good food and a walkable grocery store. A 24 hour convenience mart is five mins walk away. For a very cute NYC feel without the congestion and hordes of people go to Washington street In Hoboken. It’s a 10 ride share cost. Great food and desserts and shops await you. Very safe and quaint. All in all this unit serves you well for an NYC trip especially if on a budget. The host was very friendly and communicative. I do highly recommend this rental

Property Manager canceled stay upon arrival

Had multiple delays on our trip to NYC so we arrived later than expected. Showed up at the address on the VRBO at 2am with our carry-on luggage since the airline lost all of our checked luggage. Can't figure out how to get into the property and call the property custodian. They then call the property owner who tells them to cancel the booking due to a sewage issue. So I'm standing on a side street in New Jersey at 2am with a bunch of carry on luggage and my family of 4. I call VRBO support to get help - they tell me the booking wasn't canceled in their system... and while I'm on the phone with them the owner cancels the booking. The support person tells me they don't have another property but they can reimburse me for a hotel that I book myself in the area. So I spend the next hour calling hotels trying to find something that has rooms available. Fast forward 1.5 months later, I'm still trying to get reimbursed for that hotel room and can't get a response from vrbo support.

The own canceled us at the last minute despite my effort to contact him in advance. He said that a flood happened in the the appartment. This puts us in a very difficult situation. It was a very unpleasant experience to go through.

Great base for NYC sightseeing

We were looking for a convenient base for a week of sightseeing in NYC that provided enough room for the 4 of us to spread out - without having to spend our entire budget on accommodation - and this property was perfect for that. The property itself gave us plenty of room, the facilities were very good (even if we didn't do any cooking) and, thanks to the instructions provided by the owner, we were only 20 minutes by bus from the heart of NYC. We couldn't have asked for more.

Great little respite from the city

This is a great little 3 bedroom apartment minutes from Manhattan. Clean, stylish and located next to a great park! It was the perfect place to call home after busy days exploring NYC. Peter was wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful to all questions. We highly recommend this place!

A Wonderful Place!

We were very choosy when we shopped for the perfect place for our family and our special needs daughter’s bucket list trip to NYC. This was the perfect place. It’s beautiful and clean, and in a very quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the city. Uber and Lyft were about $45 one way but the Path Train is fairly close and much cheaper. We enjoyed it all and Peter is a great host. We’d return here without question. Thanks Peter!

Fantastic apartment in a great location.

We were 3 women staying at this apartment. Plenty of space for everyone. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and the fridge was stocked with bottled water. Peter was there to meet and orient us. He was always super responsive to all of my emails and calls. He gave great info on where to eat, get groceries, and how best to get to the city. He also connected us with Jheyson who offers fabulous car service. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with amenities. The apartment was quiet and was fantastic for our girls getaway. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful and accommodating 3bd/2ba

Beautiful property with plenty of complimentary amenities. Property owners/partners were very nice and courteous. Often responded quickly to messages. Gave us parking passes since street parking is for residential or visitors only. We came with two vehicles and because they were unable to get us a second pass, the owner was nice enough to let us park in the assigned parking for free. That was nice and helpful since we ubered every where. There were other HomeAway/AirBnB visitors in the building and noise was barely heard, but a good time was being seen. I would definitely visit again the next time I go for a NYC trip. Uber was pretty reasonable and we split it for everyone. Beds were nicely made and having access to laundry was a plus. The wifi didn't work, but I didn't bother to ask about it since we really didn't need it (because we only slept on the property). We were out most of the day. Access to the back patio is available upon request, but we didn't need it again. Very tight back patio space tho. It seems like it would just be good for a hangout BBQ amongst close friends or something. Everything was nice, fresh, and accommodating. The only thing we had to do was take out our trash and put wet towels in the bathroom. The complimentary water in the fridge was a plus. It was very hot outside and we appreciated it big time!! Beautiful property. Thanks again!!!
