The Space
La CasEtta is located on the first and top floors of a small building with only 2 apartments in total and is fully covered by high-speed Wi-Fi. It has been furnished to comfortably accommodate up to 3 people.

■ Bedroom
: You’ll find a 160x190 cm double bed with a headboard, a 20 cm-thick hypoallergenic, dust-mite-resistant mattress, and we provide 2 pillows per person.

In the room, you’ll also find a 28" LG SMART TV, 2 nightstands, a spacious 6-door closet, and a vanity table with a fold-down mirror that can also serve as a small desk if needed.

The double-paned window is also equipped with blackout curtains to help you get a good night’s sleep even during the day.

■ Living Room/Lounge
features a sofa bed with a 140x180 cm, 10 cm-thick hypoallergenic and dust-mite-resistant mattress, you can relax with the 43" LG 4K UHD SMART TV, which is connected to a mini PC running Windows 10 Pro that you can use throughout your stay; the 43" TV is also connected to a SONY PS4 PRO with 4 controllers, so you can have fun on your own or with your travel companions.

■ Kitchen
features a 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave with grill, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, Nespresso espresso machine, Moka pot, a cappuccino maker, a set of pots, pans, plates, and cutlery, and all the utensils you’ll need for cooking.

■ Bathroom
features a bathtub that can also be used as a shower; we provide liquid soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, and a set of towels—3 per person—in various sizes.

■ Laundry Room
features a recently purchased washing machine, a drying rack, an ironing board, a sink with cleaning supplies underneath, and a mirrored cabinet containing a first-aid kit and an iron.

You’ll also find a charcoal grill that you can use on the terrace.

■ Terrace
features a small table with 2 chairs where you can relax whenever you like; it’s also the only area in the apartment where smoking is permitted.
Guest access
Every area of the apartment described is for your exclusive use.

■ Self-check-in allows you to arrive at any time after 2:00 PM completely on your own.

■ If you need to check in early or check out late, please send us a message; we’ll do our best to accommodate you if possible.
Other things to keep in mind
■ Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment; smoke detectors with alarms are in use. The only place where you may smoke is outdoors on the terrace, where we provide an ashtray.

■ The city of Jesi has a recycling program. In the laundry room, we provide clearly labeled bins with simple instructions on how to sort your waste properly.
