'There was cob webs on my light fixtures. Stains on my mattress protector. By the pool the vents are thick with black mold or lint not sure but not cleaned and concerned what the kids were breathing. They say there is breakfast but they give you a voucher to go to the deli next door and then one of their workers had no idea how the voucher worked and tried to charge me to the point I was not going to do this everyday. 'I reserved a handicapped accessible room due to a recent heel surgery and using a knee scooter AND my travel companion is in a wheelchair. It was a disappointment. The property only has one handicap curb entrance into the entire building and the handicap automatic door is on the opposite side of the entrance of the curb, so it is worthless. The room with the roll in shower is too small to turn a wheelchair around. Im not talking about a manuel chair, I'm talking about a zero radius turn chair....
