'The location of this unit is absolutely perfect. Close to tons of dining options, and not too touristy of an area, but still super convenient to most major landmarks in Chongqing. The actual unit was nice, with pretty basic amenities. The bathroom was small and a the water pressure was low, but we managed. Communication was good but we didn’t know much about the unit until we arrived. Overall I would absolutely stay here again. '

'Loved the hotel in all however wh n I checked in they wanted me to put down a 500 deposit and would not let me use my American credit cards. I wasn't about to give cash, luckily my fiancé is from China and she let me use her card. Otherwise I great experience.'

'Beautiful apartment in a convenient location. It was just an 8 minute taxi ride from Tianmen mountain tourist center. We stayed near Zhangjiajie City, but they also have apartments in Wulingyuan. The washing machine was a great benefit. Very easy to communicate with the hosts using wechat and they met us promptly when we arrived. I would definitely book again.'

'Very spacious room, great communication and amenities. Lacking in local food shops that weren’t a spicy hot pot. Otherwise a great hotel location to get about to most attractions. '

'After 20h of traveling, we managed to find the place. It is hidden inside a building at the 30th floor, without any clear indication. Nobody spoke English. We get there, the confirmed reservation did not apply, and they were at full capacity. On the phone with Expedia. Nightmare. They start yelling at us to leave, the Manager's wife was a total wench. We were polite. Finally manager walks us to a nearby hotel and leaves us there to deal with it. Expedia again, which agrees to pay for the rooms....

'Poor communication skill with in English. The Front lady who looks like a intern, needs to upgrade overall level to talk to their customers. To print out invoice and pay separate per each members, took very Looooooooooong time.'
