Consisting of in-house and outside experts in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention, and villa operations, I’m redefining my cleaning and safety standards. THE VILLA ESTATE
The Olivia Estate was designed for large groups in mind and consists of 11 luxury bedrooms (with 15 beds flexible accommodation including 8 x king beds, 4 x adult singles and bunk bedroom of 3 x singles or 10 x king beds and bunk bedroom of 3 x singles) with air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms with high quality vanity units/fixtures & fittings. There is the refreshing and constant breeze off the Indian Ocean floating up the hillside and into the living area when the doors and windows are open.
Spread across 4 levels and benefiting from 11 bedrooms with standard set-up of:
- 8 x king bedrooms
- 2 x twin bedrooms
- 1 x triple bunk bedroom with 3 single beds
A large, inviting 15 x 7 metre swimming pool (child & non-swimmer friendly) is situated on the large terrace area along with outdoor daybeds, sun loungers as well as entertaining and BBQ area. A BBQ is available for use.
Olivia Estate lies at the end of a quiet laneway. The airport is just a 30 minutes drive.

Close to some of the most popular hotspots in Bali such as Jimbaran Bay, Café Menega, Rock Bar, Jimbaran Gardens, Uluwatu Temple, and GWK. Numerous stunning and world famous beaches just a short drive away such as Jimbaran, Padang Padang, Dreamland, Bingin as well as Nusa Dua. Discovery Shopping Mall and Bali Collection are two nearby shopping centres.
There are lots of interesting things for guests of all ages to do at the villa or nearby such as swimming, spa and beauty treatments, boogy boarding, surf lessons, Treetops Adventure Park, Waterbom Water Park, horse riding on the beach, cycling through the rice fields, Elephant Park, etc. The entertainment area also has a large Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, satellite tv with numerous international channels.
Breakfast is served daily and included in the rate and daily housekeeping ensures your stay with us is as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
WIFI is accessible from anywhere on the estate and is fast.
A committed team of full-time, attentive staff including chef, driver and household staff will cater to all your personal needs and desires with a smile from cooking up a local dish, driving you to the unspoilt parts of the island or serving snacks and drinks while you laze around the beautiful private pool.
MAKING A BOOKING
The rate includes all of the following:
• Luxury villa estate accommodation with 11 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms (15 beds flexible accommodation eg. 8 x king beds and 7 x singles to 10 x king beds and 3 x single beds)
• Airport transfers both ways (multiple pick-ups / drop-offs available for same group bookings) in comfortable air-conditioned vehicle
• Welcome drink and cold towels on arrival
• Our highly rated full-time, in-house chef
• Complimentary breakfast per guest each morning of your stay. For other meals you simply pay for ingredients at cost (with receipts supplied) which works out approx US$4-US$5 per person depending on what you order. It is a very cost-effective way of eating for when you don't wish to eat out at the excellent restaurants nearby and the chef is excellent!
• Car & Driver available 8 hours per day (excludes petrol) - Suzuki APV or similar for up to 8 adults including driver. The driver will work extra hours for just USD4 per hour.
• Complimentary 1 hour Balinese massage for each guest (minimum 3 nights booking) – perfect for unwinding and relaxing after your journey
