Het personeel denkt met je mee en zijn bereid om je bij alles te helpen om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Voorbeeld een dag voor ons vertrekt werd bij het ontbijt aan ons gevraagd of we vervoer nodig hadden voor ons volgende hotel. Zij hebben dit voor ons geregeld en voor een zeer acceptabele prijs. 'When I reached , I was instantly escorted to my Suite . However the hot water wasn't working very well and also the Air Con. When i called in for service , my room service arrived immediately and checked the faults . After an hour time the Air Con was fixed , it couldn't have been any faster. The hot water indeed takes time and I was pretty much convinced by the logic why the hot water took so long. They empathized on the issue and kept doing checks if everything was OK.
