(Benissa)

'the hotel was modern and clean ... however the sound insulation is quite poor'

'Schoon, mooi, personeel is netjes. Zwembad is goed. Al met al een aanrader.'

'Schoon, vriendelijk, behulpzaam. Nadeel: kerkklokken naast de deur. '

'Mooi uitzicht '

'Mixed experience – Great potential but major communication and comfort issues The hotel itself is quite nice, but our stay was covered by poor communication and several frustrating service failures. First, there was a language barrier with the Spanish-speaking service staff, which led to a serious issue: my pregnant wife was served raw beef. It took an additional hour just to get her correct order. Furthermore, our air conditioning was broken, leaving us in a 27°C room for two nights. The only...

'If you are looking for a nice room this is the place. But if you are expecting some basic service and hospitality (according to the price) forget it. Reception is mostly closed. And there was no one to attend for check-out. It was a mess and got treated very unprofessionally. We were scolded on WhatsApp for wanting to leave our luggage for a couple of hours before flying off.'

'Mooie kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Buffetten steeds hetzelfde, weinig variatie.'

'Great location, very friendly staff and my room was cleaned early and they let me know so I could get in early, which was really nice'
