Our Self-check-in offers guests privacy and flexibility

Seamless self-check-in access through a lockbox. The pedestrian door leads guests directly onto the courtyard, with a separate private entrance to the studio.

The interaction with guests is minimal because of our self-check-in/ out process.
However, should you have any questions or need anything, I am always available and reply instantly on the Airbnb messager.

Parkwood is an upmarket suburb, with a very laid-back atmosphere, filled with a wide variety of Restaurants, coffee shops and convenient grocery stores that are only a walk away.

If you want to be centrally located with easy access to freeways; close to Rosebank precinct (walk away), Sandton City (10min uber/ drive), Hydepark Mall (5min uber/ drive), and Killarney Mall (3min uber/drive), but not necessarily within the buzz and busy streets - this is the place to be!

The property is literally 900m from Rosebank shopping mall and the Gautrain station. While in a rush, taking an Uber or own car works best to close by places, otherwise if you are up for a walk, it takes about 10 - 15 minutes to walk to the Mall and Gautrain station. There are more convenient shops just around the corner (Woolworths, Starbuck, Liquor Store), which is a 5 minutes stroll.
