for a convenient stay. Additionally, the bedroom features an en-suite
bathroom that contains a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Fresh towels
and linen will be provided for your stay.

As you walk through the bedroom, you will find a combined open-plan
kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen contains modern, sleek cabinetry
and is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable
self-catering stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle,
and toaster.

Right next to the kitchen, the lounge is fitted with a comfortable,
plush couch, a stylish coffee table, and a mounted flat-screen
television. Perfect for winding down after a busy day full of
exploring. A large glass door that leads out to an undercover balcony
allows for both the lounge and kitchen to be bathed in natural light

Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 37 Cradock Ave, Rosebank, Johannesburg, 2196.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
