Beautiful cottage located in a beautiful garden with own private patio and space to unwind. Stand alone building situated at the back part of the property

The cottage is hidden away in a leafy green suburban neighborhood, this cottage is flooded with lots of natural light into a open plan space with a kitchen, living and bedroom area. It’s own bathroom and patio to enjoy the beauty of forna and flora. The garden is shared.
It is safely tucked away from the bustle of city life but conveniently situated close enough to all amenities, shops, business parks. Close to golf courses, outdoor activities and sight seeing adventures.

Parking available on the property. Cottage has its own entrance. The pool is shared and is situated in the front garden with a patio overlooking the pool.

Suburban surrounding, house at the bottom of Linksfield ridge. House in a Peaceful, quiet cal du sac. Linksfield Clinic is around the corner. A few schools in the area are St Andrews, King David and Saheti. Huddle Park golf and recreation park holds many outdoor activities: bike riding, walks, runs. Close to top venues like Shepstone gardens , Horizons venue and the Venue Houghton. Near OR Tambo International Airport.

By car is most probably the safest, public transport is not necessarily advisable. If you need a ride, a few options are taxify, bolt or Uber.

We have two dogs that live on the property, most of the time they will be found in the back garden(where the cottage is). There names are Snowy and Zeus, please dont feed them.

Our gate does not close on its own. Please ensure that when you drive in/out, you close the gate.

Due to South Africa's failing municipal systems, such as water and electricity stations. Unplanned Water and electricity outages may occur without notice.
Backup power is not available and guest are suggested to bring a charged power bank in case of unplanned outages. WiFi and electronic devices may be affected at these times. Contact me if you need assistance and I will gladly help resolve issues wherever I can.
