I Had To Request A Microwave And The Handle Fell Off The Toilet And The GFI Electrical Outlets Were Not Working In The Bathroom On The First Day We Arrived. 'The staff was nice. The hotel needs renovating. It did not feel clean. The breakfast was a little less than the typical continental hotel breakfast. Also, my family went to breakfast 30 minutes before the breakfast ended, and there were no more eggs, and they were not replenished.'

'Nice hotel, very clean. The carpet in the halls was bit loose and there were some nicks in the walls from traveler traffic but nothing bad. It's very close to the university of south Alabama.'

'Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online.'

'Old historic facility, beautiful courtyard, but facility itself needs uprating painting. A little remodeling would help elevator wasn’t working made it very difficult for us to take luggage up three flights to stairs to the third floor. Staff was very friendly.'
