'Beautifully decorated and maintained. Amazing breakfast with vegetarian option. Can access hot beverages, cookies and the lounge at all hours with key. Comfortable and charming room. Beautiful landscaping. Visited late July, and also early December with charming holiday decor. Driveway is a little tricky to find the first time. Very close to downtown Eugene but is in d lovely neighborhood.'

'Sarah was very friendly during my check in, the room temperature was perfect for me(nice and cool) and the shower pressure was better than any other hotel I’ve stayed at.'

'The complimentary breakfast is really good - the best I’ve ever had in a motel. It goes to 10am as well. Gorgeous flowers everywhere, clean and nice decor. About the only improvement for the motel I could suggest would be to get those new split type air conditioners as they are much quieter than the traditional ones in the wall.'

'The staff was doing the best they could... but the wifi was the worst wifi I've ever seen. My keycard did not work at least once a day so I would have to walk 4 flights of stairs to lobby, because there is only one elevator. Because it got deactivated whenever it was near a electronic device.... everything is electronic... so it was constant. The fitness center was pretty gross... sticky handles on all the machines. My handsoap was locked by one of the cleaning staff so I couldn't use my soap...

'The room was clean. My room did need some minor repairs which I notified the front desk on leaving. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard as you will find with most chain hotels. I personally would like to see a more upscale breakfast like the ones the Residence Inn used to provide. The location is very nice as it is just across the street from the Wilamette River and walking trails.'

'Upon check in, I would say it was disappointing to get a second floor room with no elevator and a huge suitcase i had to lug up the stairs as a disabled person. Additionally, I received a call near midnight that my credit card had declined and I was required to come down to the office immediately to resolve. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected banking issue and with the time of notice was unable to create a solution for payment. I voiced my concern that this wasn't caught on check in when I could...

'This is a wonderful little motel. The room and bathroom were immaculate with very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower and good television. It’s also in a great location with easy parking and restaurants with in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!'
