I stayed at this property because the location was perfect for the conferences that I needed to host. The first night there was no water, the second night there was no hot water at all. I also was placed a room that was different from what I paid for. I need a room with a desk for work however, I was placed in just a standard king room. I called down to the office and requested a different room but was told that they didn’t have any other rooms available. I also tried to speak with the manager however there was never a manager at the location and he never called back to help with the inconvenience I was having during my stay.

I called days in advance asking if I could check-in early at 9am and I was told I can. When I arrived, they told me I couldn't check in until 3pm even though I was told otherwise, and I had heavy luggage to carry around in the cold. Ended up NOT staying here and went to the Wyndham next door.
