Beautiful, Contemporary, business and family friendly space, nestled in the historic district of Joliet. FREE Parking & Fast WiFi. Enter this spacious 1400 sq.ft. of living space and you will see a large dining area with a beautiful, modern chandelier. To the right is an office desk with an LED desk lamp and extra outlets for your laptop and cell phone. Around the corner is a relaxing living area with a wall mounted 50" HDTV providing 100+ channels. and many other popular networks. You can enjoy this relaxing on a large couch, lounge chair and coffee table.
Travel to the other end of the apartment, you will pass 3 bedrooms (one master with a King Bed) and a beautiful tiled and upgraded full bathroom. Further down the wide hallway opens up to a beautiful granite counter top kitchen. Here you will see an industrial sink and faucet, slow close drawers and lots of cabinet space. This kitchen is equipped to cover all the basics from a simple cup of coffee to everything you need to cook a full family meal. Lastly, you can relax on the rear deck with friends and family or business colleagues.
We put all the things we would like in a relaxing inviting, family friendly home away from home that doesn't forget to provide for the needs of the hard working business traveler. We truly hope you enjoy the space as much as we did creating it for you. :-)
Note:
- You must be 21 or older to book and provide a valid photo of your D.L. or State ID.
- In the summer we limit the AC to 71 because this home is older and not as well insulated as modern homes. To combat this we have either ceiling fans or floor fans in the bedrooms to help circulate the cool air.

Great place to stay

The host was very helpful and accommodating. They provide more than we expected and have tried to think of everything. There were extra blankets, plates, cups and utensils for children; a pack-n-play. The kitchen was well stocked. The space was well maintained. Weekend stay in May

The communication with the host was excellent! The door-opening code was sent exactly when promised about an hour before check-in time. Everything in the house functioned well. Parking was extremely tight and I had a small car! Our first night was Friday and the neighbors were noisy, Barking dog woke me from 12:00 - 1:00 AM. Loud upstairs neighbors clomping around and laughing loudly until about 1:30 AM kept us up. Road noise was very loud until at least 2 AM. Saturday night was much quieter and calmer. Most things were very clean, but inside of bathroom door was very dirty. Living room furnishings seemed cheap and uncomfortable. Overall, it was probably a fair value for the money and location.

Nice place and as listed

This place was everything as listed. Nice rooms and plenty of room in the common areas. It is in the heart of the town and located on a busy street. You can hear the traffic, but we live on a highway, so that didnt bother us too much. Would definitely stay here again in the future if we go back to visit.

Super accommodating last-minute stay

James was a lifesaver on this trip. We had a nightmare experience at another property and needed a clean, comfortable place to stay at the last minute for our family of five plus two dogs. It was a tall order to find a place but James was communicative, flexible, and so accommodating. The property is really comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Parking was easy & convenient and we had some of the best Mexican food we've had in a long time from some of the local restaurants. Highly recommend James & this property!

Weekend Trip

Myself and my two teenage daughters took a weekend to go to a softball camp in Mokena. We found this place when looking and it looked so nice and James was so very quick and responsive to all messages. Minus all the road constructions and detours to get to the house location the place was great. It was nice and cozy, real warm feeling in the home. Would recommend James and this house again for our future stays.

Check-in was easy. Enjoyed marked parking spaces. The unit was nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. We didn't stay in the neighborhood because we were visiting family in Lockport. Very convenient for meeting up with them and going to DeKalb for graduation. I probably drank too much coffee, but hey, the Kuerig and pods were right there. We didn't need any of the baby equipment, but it looked well supplied if you have a baby.

Great place for families

This was a great place to stay for us. We have a one year old and there was hardly anything that we had to move off the floor. He could crawl around without us worrying that he would mess something up. Also, there was a pack n play and high chair provided which was great! The host was communicative. Perfect for family stay

We were in town for a wedding and this was a great alternative to a hotel for 8 of us coming from 4 different states to get to hang out together in between wedding activities. Great place to stay if you've got things planned in the area! Pretty much the perfect setup for my friends for the weekend. Upstairs neighbors can walk around kind of heavily, but as a light sleeper I already had some ear plugs ready.
