'We had an amazing, relaxing time time. Jon was awesome!'

'I had a hard time checking in late. The number listed on Expedia didn’t work. The property manager/owner isn’t onsite in the evening. Another person staying helped me get checked in. It was difficult to tell where the entrance was. It wasn’t lit up. The room we had was so cute. The property owner was nice when we net him and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!!'

'Cozy lodge in the Rockies. Lovely shops and restaurants nearby. Great breakfast'

'After being out all night and ready to get back our hotel room. We found out that the elevators that lead to the hotel rooms were out of service. There were no stairs accessible to us. We had to walk around to find staff and to find out that they didn't know how to get us to our rooms either. We had to wait while staff spoke with other staff to figure out how they can get us to our room. Eventually we had to leave the building and then enter through another area they is only accessible to...

'Fairly clean, but smelled of weed.'

'staff was extremely helpful and gave great insights for our stay. check in & check out were very easy'

'We checked in at 8pm after a long drive and never got a code to get into our room till 10:20 pm called, text, drive around for 2 hours. Yet their policy also says they will text the room number and door code once you check in. Not 2.5 hours later will they send a code. If you want a place to actually...

'Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there! The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars: -Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd. -Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left. -No bathroom fan.'

'Nice little casino. Staff at the reception not very friendly. Voucher for breakfast doesn't include drinks. Strange because drinks are free in the casino... '

'The listing said free firewood but they charge for it. They also said that the cabin had bedsheets included and it did not. The economy cabins do not have electricity and they provided 2 electric lanterns but I would recommend bringing your own as well. But our family had an enjoyable weekend there!'
