Doc's Lakeside Cabin is een geweldige vakantiebestemming voor alleen volwassenen om even uit te rusten en te ontspannen.
Wij zijn gevestigd in de buurt van de Shawnee National Forest langs de Shawnee Hills Wine Trail, in het zuiden van Illinois. Doc's ontsnappingscabine ligt op ongeveer 30 minuten ten zuiden van Carbondale Illinois en 25 minuten ten oosten van Cape Girardeau Missouri History Downtown Cape.
De Cabin kijkt uit over een 6 acre meer, waar u kunt genieten van het spectaculaire uitzicht op het meer vanaf onze gescreend in veranda of Hot Tub. We hebben ook een stenen terras gebouwd met vuurplaats en stoelen.
Onze hut ligt naast het Shawnee National Forest, het Trail of Tears State Forest en LaRue Pine Hills, met duizenden hectares om te verkennen.
U zult merken dat onze persoonlijke cabine voor elke smaak prachtig is ingericht.
Cabin Inclusief ruime woonkamer met elektrische haard met gewelfd plafond en een volledige keuken met kookgerei. Een volledig bad en 2 slaapkamers slaapkamer groot bed en logeerkamer Queen size bed.
Favoriete plek - gescreend in veranda die over de breedte van de cabine loopt.
Cabin Doc's werd gebouwd in 2012 en is gelegen in het prachtige zuiden van Illinois, en heeft beperkte Satellite WiFi. Onze persoonlijke cabine is ontworpen als een romantisch uitje voor volwassenen in de leeftijd van 25 jaar.

Toekomstige gasten moeten onze Huurovereenkomst controleren en accepteren, invullen en aan ons retourneren en van tevoren informatie verstrekken over alle gasten die in de cabine zullen verblijven.

We moeten een voltooide huurovereenkomst hebben om uw reservering te maken.

Ik spreek graag elke gast wanneer ze onze hut reserveren om ervoor te zorgen dat onze persoonlijke hut precies de juiste pasvorm heeft.

A southern Illinois jewel

My wife and I had an amazing time exploring the surrounding area on our weekend getaway. Hiking and wineries and relaxing in the hot tub was exactly what we wanted. There’s so much to explore and we’ve just scratched the surface. We hope to make it back for another adventure soon.

Beautiful and Serene

My wife and I chose Doc’s Lakeside Cabin for a weekend away. We arrived at the Cabin during heavy snowfall, and found the property owners quick to plough, salt and maintain the property so that we could come and go freely. The place far exceeded expectations, and is a truly beautiful, serene and tranquil place that is perfect for relaxation. It was so pretty with all of the snow, and made for perfect hot tub weather. The surrounding area has everything needed for a perfect adult getaway, with tons of wineries and nice restaurants in reasonable driving distance. My wife and I hope to return to Doc’s and possibly even book it for my parents as a thank you gift.

Enchanting Cabin in the Woods

My wife and I were looking for a nice cabin to get a little break away before the holidays. This one was perfect for a couple. Comfy bed and couch, fireplace, serene setting and nice hot tub. It was great to hop in the hot tub at night and stargaze. Beautiful setting, owners were extremely helpful. Anna is a few miles down the road with a couple of coffee shops, some good local restaurants, and a Walmart for groceries. Would 100% stay here again!

Amazing Cabin Stay – A Perfect Escape!

I recently stayed at this incredible cabin, and it exceeded every expectation! Nestled in a serene and picturesque location, it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, blending rustic charm with modern amenities. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing with a good book or watching football on the big screen. The bedroom was comfortable, and I loved waking up to the sound of birds and the stunning view of the surrounding nature. Outside, the property offered plenty to explore. The private deck was ideal for morning coffee, and the fire pit made for memorable evenings under the stars. There were even trails nearby for hiking, and we enjoyed every moment of the peaceful surroundings. The hosts were wonderful—responsive, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to ensuring their guests have a great experience. I can’t recommend this cabin enough for anyone looking for a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway. I’m already planning my next visit!

Girl trip success!

We stayed at Docs Cabin for a weekend girls trip and had the best time. The cabin is beautiful and in the most peaceful location. We enjoyed making pasta and drinking wine from nearby wineries. Coffee in the morning by the lake was the best way to begin our mornings. Highly recommend this location!

Peaceful Paradise

My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in Southern IL and stayed at Doc’s cabin for part of our stay. It provided exactly the escape from our busy work lives that we needed. We enjoyed fishing, coffee and meals in the screened in porch and all the other amenities. The cabin was beautiful, and every detail from furnishings to art was lovely. Everyone we met in town was kind and suggested new adventures for us. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The property was exactly as shown, with all the small touches you add in your own home. Tanya was great to work with, super friendly, and kind. The local area was perfect, we were able to visit KiKis coffee shop and a few loval woneries. The cabin was perfect and cozy. We plan to return !

Great getaway

We spent out 5yr anneversary here. The property is amazing. The cottage is very cozy and perfect for 1 couple with plenty of space. The hot top was nice with a great view. We spent some time hiking at some of the local state parks and explored Cape Giradeau which we enjoyed very much. Lovely little city!

20th Anniversary Getaway

Doc’s Lakeside Cabin was exactly what we were looking for in our anniversary getaway! This was our first time staying here and we are already planning our next trip. The private lake was a gorgeous view from sunrise to sunset! Tanya and Robert are very gracious hosts and they have made sure everything you could need is right there. 100/10 recommend :)
