'Overall house was average in good location. Few thing to consider for future guests - Parking can be tricky as it only offers 1 spot. -Also, thermostats can’t be controlled by renter. We had situation where 2 fl was cold and 3 rd floor was very hot.- very limited linen and pillow (2 per bed). '

'We came to Pottsville for Yeungling and Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, and The Carol Century House couldn't have been more perfect. The house was charming, and that part of the street was pretty quiet. It was 12 blocks from Yeungling and a few more from a variety of restaurants. There were two streets parallel that had gorgeous houses. It was a perfect neighborhood for walking our dog. The house itself was adorable. Very clean and very nicely remodeled (in fact, I want that master bath in my house!)....

'It was lovely and peaceful. It wasn't a high class, high tech rental but it had high quality appliances and amenities. The price was cheap and the house fit what we wanted perfectly for a 3 day getaway. Cute, quiet, peaceful, and cozy. It was cold, probably under 30 the entire stay. We enjoyed the hot tub many times. We will definitely return this summer to enjoy the pool and pond. '

'We had an excellent experience in a perfect location. The house was well stocked with supplies, super clean and nicely decorated, and very spacious. We appreciated having designated parking spots. There is a nearby spot to eat and shop as well as a grocery. The house is close to the street but you would never know it. It was very quiet. I definitely would recommend this property. '

'My son was getting married in the area and my family was able to use this place as a hub. Inside of the house was fantastic, as describe. The outside was understated for the treasure that was inside. Don't be fooled by the google maps images :). '

'Nice, clean house conveniently located for short drive to Hershey. As noted in description, the neighborhood is noisy....trains and street noise all night long. Sound machines in the bedroom were a nice touch and helped a bit.'

'Property was beautifu. Temp in house was not ideal. either freezing on the main level or an oven upstairs very hard to regulate in ann older Home some of that to be expected. communication with the owner seemed to be canned responses. Didn’t answer questions when I ask.'

'Three generations stayed at Sweet Retreat for a little getaway. Our plans did not go as planned but no worries, Sweet Retreat made up for it! Super comfy beds, a nice sizzled kitchen (the second fridge was great to have). The backyard was our own little oasis. We would have spent more time there if it rained less. Super easy communication with the owner. Will definitely consider staying again. '

'Great place to stay. Very well appointed, very clean, functional and with everything you need while staying away from home. Outside of the place being great, the property manager was very helpful and super fast to respond. Last, it's an easy drive to Hershey Park as that was the main reason for our stay. Highly recommend.'

'Unit was comfortable, and neighbors friendly. After a day of vacationing and seeing the sights, the bed was extremely comfortable. Sleeping was easy. Very quiet area, which was important to us elderlies!'

'We stayed for a local conference so we weren’t there long, but it was very clean and as listed in a very nice neighborhood. The only downside was the smoker smell on the main floor. '

'Our group consisted of 6 adults and 1 child. We spent the day at Hershey Park and was grateful for the comfortable accommodations awaiting us at the VRBO house we rented in Campbelltown. It is located just up the street from a great restaurant, around the corner from a playground, and half a block from a convenience store. Perfect!! '
