'Great stay for a family of 3, King bed with a pull out couch, comfy beds, good blackout drapes, easy check in, very clean new hotel and lobby, pool and hot tub area was nice and clean, good location, easy to find, parking was easy, friendly staff, close to Walmart and tons of restaurants (handy after a long day of travel). We only stayed 1 night and left before breakfast so did not get a chance to try that. Would recommend!'

'This is supposed to be a budget 3-star hotel, so be prepared for some of the worst front desk service imaginable. They require a ridiculous $200 per night incidental deposit at a hotel where rooms cost around $80 a night, and to make things worse, their payment terminal doesn’t even support wireless payments. Bring a physical card, or the staff will immediately tell you to cancel your reservation and still charge you 85% of the booking. When you enter your room, don’t be surprised to find trash...

'The carpet in the hotel needs some updated looked very well worn. The office chair in the room should be thrown out - very old and rickety. I asked for towels as they did not clean the room and I was told I had to ask to have the room cleaned -they only clean every 3 days ?!?!? The breakfast was good as it had my favorite donuts !!! Good location for the trolley !!'

'My room didn't have a do not disturb door sign and I didn't have time to ask for one and so I left the room as is and went to my business visits in town but when I returned at the end of the day, I'm assuming room service came into my room and straightened it out a little. My issue is, I do NOT like anyone entering my room with my personal and important business materials laying around. I felt a bit uneasy about that. 'Pretty basic standard American motel style facility, decent rooms and beds, although it could do with a lick of paint. As someone coming from "the continent" I'm not entirely sure the advertised continental breakfast was exactly that. Nonetheless I did enjoy the ability make your own fresh waffles. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I'll surely consider staying here again in future SLC visits. '
