'Hello… another stay at BW… it was a pleasant stay. Friendly checkin staff. Breakfast staff was not so pleasant she was not helpful and for starting the day the supplies weren’t fully stocked and when I asked her for a hard boiled egg she said they are full I took the empty container and she was well… Everyone else is kind and caring, guess if you work the morning you need to be awake and pleasant.. where was get customer service? Parking lot is always well lite and plenty of parking. I will...

'It was so clean and the staff are very friendly'

'Good place'

'Friendly, fast check-in. Nice, spacious room. Very clean and relatively new.'

'Qua administratie erg slordig Bar bon op ons kamer nummer gezet terwijl wij geen gebruik van gemaakt hebben '

'Service van de receptie onvriendelijk, er kan geen lach vanaf. Mensen van valet parking zijn wel erg vriendelijk. Hotel is netjes, wel in flink verouderde staat. '

'Great and convenient hotel'

'This is a good option at a good price. The hotel in general is a little dated, but I'm not sure I am willing to pay double the price for a newer/remodeled facility. In general, a really good value for what you get.'

'The breakfast was excellent.'

'There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...our tv kept acting up, our toilet nearly overflowed, two drawers would not stay closed, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order all three days. Friendly staff, good breakfast, but a little disappointed since I had stayed here before and chose it because of my good experience back in June.'

'The place reeks of cigarettes, dirty and ashes everywhere. You have to pay for your drinks. This is not a place to bring your kids, this is an only adult establishment. More like just a gambling place, they really don’t want people to stay overnight. The rooms are clean, but cramped and not a lot of floor space and no desk. The machines are just money hungry with no wins in sight. Just go to Mohegan Sun , it’s cleaner and the rooms are spacious and the staff are awesome and if you have children...

'The HVAC unit was really noisy.'

'Great'

'The room was beautiful and clean. We were able to control the air conditioning in the room, which was great! Breakfast was good. All the staff were amazing and helpful whenever we needed them. We will definitely be coming back.'
