Hiking trails lead directly from the backyard into the park, with an official walking entrance also located farther down the street. Head out to discover the surrounding rock formations and desert terrain, knowing your own comfortable retreat is waiting at the end of the trail.
The expansive wrap-around deck gives you room to enjoy the scenery throughout the day. Find a quiet spot to read, rinse off after a hike in the outdoor shower, or settle into the hot tub with the mountains stretching across the horizon.
An outdoor dining table and propane BBQ make it easy to prepare dinner outside. As the sun drops behind the ridges, the changing light becomes the evening's entertainment, whether you're gathered around the table or soaking beneath the open sky.
-Living Area-
The living room is designed around its remarkable surroundings. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring natural light into the space and offer sweeping views of the desert, while the cedar ceiling adds warmth to the contemporary architecture.
A generous aqua sectional invites everyone to stretch out together, while a leather lounge chair beside the fireplace offers a quieter place to read or enjoy the scenery. The open layout keeps the atmosphere comfortable and social, whether you're sharing stories after a hike or spending a leisurely afternoon indoors.
Sliding glass doors connect the room directly to the deck, allowing you to move easily between the living space and the outdoors.
-Kitchen and Dining-
The bright, contemporary kitchen combines crisp white cabinetry, generous countertops, and an island positioned to take advantage of the desert views. Fully equipped for cooking at home, it includes an induction stove, dishwasher, cookware, dinnerware, toaster, and kettle.
The adjoining dining area offers a welcoming place to share meals, with a round table beneath a modern pendant light and expansive windows looking out across the landscape.
For evenings when you'd rather cook outdoors, the propane BBQ and deck dining area offer a scenic alternative. Prepare dinner together, bring everything outside, and enjoy the fresh desert air without leaving home.
