Vibe out in our newly remodeled Joshua Tree inspired home on a FULL acre. A five minute drive to town, go grab a latte from Joshua Tree Coffee before heading into the park, just a 7 min drive.

Or soak up the ambiance on property. While enjoying unobstructed views toward the park, relax in the hot tub, use our yoga mats, enjoy the outdoor shower, or cozy up near the fire pit. Don't forget to use our telescope for some night time stargazing.

Enjoy our newly remodeled Joshua Tree home. This home was completely redone with new kitchen, bathrooms, floors and furnishings. Our home sits on an acre of land, and adjoins a vacant 2 acres of land allowing for unobstructed views toward Joshua Tree National Park.

We are located a quick 7 minute drive from the park entrance and very convenient to the shops and stores in Joshua Tree.

Pool- Enjoy our newly built 8'x20' modpool container pool. Pool heating is available for a reasonable daily rate. Pool heater can only operate when temperature is above 50 degrees. Use of pool and spa is at your own risk. Life guard is not present.

Hot tub- We have a Jacuzzi brand hot tub for you to enjoy. The hot tub is always warm and no additional cost to use.

EV Charger info- We have a Level 2 EV charger with a J1772 plug which is used on most non-Tesla EVs. If you have a Tesla, please make sure to bring your J1772 to tesla adapter.

You will have access to the entire home

Local property manager will be available if anything is needed

We are just five minutes from town and seven from the park in a more upscale neighborhood of Joshua Tree called Upper Friendly Hills. Most homes here sit on an entire acre or more, creating privacy and amazing views for everyone.
Activities involving the spa carry inherent risk, and Guest assumes all liability for that risk when using the spa. Minors are never allowed in the spa unsupervised…leaving children unsupervised at any time could result in serious injury. Consuming alcoholic beverages is not advised with spa activity. In addition to causing impaired judgment and risk of injury, the effects of alcohol are enhanced with spa heat. Please dry off before entering the home, as floors may be slippery when wet.

The place is very comfortable, clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, grill and great outdoor space. Highly recommend this place for easy access to JTNP (which is literally minutes away) and its comfortable place to return to after a day on the trails. Yuccaville, 29 Palms, Pioneertown are all easy drives as well. Saw some amazing sunrises from the back patio as well.Our host was communicative and accommodating. Would definitely book here again.

Comfortable desert bungalow a stones throw away from the park

The location of this rental is so close to the north park entrance- making Joshua tree extremely accessible. Being able to leave the park midday, have a comfy home to have lunch in while enjoying desert and mountain views, and then go back to the park, was a huge plus.The town of Joshua tree is quirky and authentic!The home is clean with very comfortable beds, and has a shady outdoor patio right off the main room, with a beautiful vista.The sunrises here are spectacular.Finishes look nice but are a bit flimsy. Outdoor seating on the patio could be more comfortable. The pool ladder is very rusty with chunks of paint peeling off the rungs, and looked like a cut foot waiting to happen. The owner reassured us that this was in the process of being recoated within a week, but judging from its appearance it has been this way for a while. You might want to check to ensure this has been fixed before booking, especially if you have kids who are excited about using a pool. Overall, a cozy comfortable stay giving you remarkably close access to one of the most spectacular national parks.

Comfort, beauty, and great layout

This property is beautiful and feels very private despite a few nearby homes. We enjoyed ALL of the amenities: pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, beautiful peaceful sunrises, full moon viewing with the telescope, and starlit skies. The home’s open floor plan allowed ease of visiting whether we were cooking dinner or all 5 of us relaxing in the living room. And there is a lot outdoor seating. It is located only about 15 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park so it was easy to go on a day hike while still having the comfort of a home to return to for a soak in the pool. The home is clean and very nice. I highly recommend this VRBO rental.

Sun-Soaked Serenity in Joshua Tree

Beautiful property — had everything we needed to enjoy desert sunrises, lazy pool days, home-cooked meals, pinky-orange sunsets, and stargazing. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Joshua Tree National Park for hiking. Excellent hosts. Really appreciated the Joshua Tree Coffee! Our sun-deprived Seattle souls are full - would love to come back.

I’m sure that when this property was built (and the pictures were taken), it was absolutely fabulous, and worth the price. Unfortunately, since then it has clearly fallen into disrepair and deferred maintenance. From the rusted steps in the pool, to the old (and dangerous?) barbecue, to the pile of bird droppings just outside the back door, to the broken sliding door on the bathroom, the loose shower handle, to the handles missing from cabinets and appliances, to the cheap and chipped non-stick pots and single potholder, to the old, hard and faded cushions outside, to the visible dust and grunge, it is clear that keeping this in spotless and “like new” condition is not a priority. The location is great, the host was very responsive, but there are many newer places nearby for the same or less cost that would probably provide a better experience.

We had a great stay at Pueblo trail! The bed were so soft we all slept like baby’s after a day of hanging out at Joshua tree park! On our first night we went star gazing and it was so beautiful! We used the telescope that was on the property and saw the moons craters! The backyard had a great view of the sunrise behind the mountains! So peaceful I was sitting back there even after the sunrise! Definitely a great place to stay again! Thank you for having us!

Classic Joshua Tree Vibe

This property was clean, simple, and well thought out. I have been to Joshua Tree numerous times over the years and this property compliments the surroundings well. My group had a great time whether it was hanging out inside to some classic records, dipping in the pool, or hanging by the fire at night. Close proximity to town and the Park is awesome. Thank you!

Great place to rest and explore

We truly enjoyed our first visit to Joshua Tree and our stay was perfect! Minutes from the park and town we were able to get a lot in. We enjoyed a few dinner at home the hot tub and pool were great for our kiddos - they loved seeing the bunnies that visit in the morning and evening. We found the property like the park quiet and lovely views of the hills around us. Kitchen was well stocked and we all slept great! Will be back! Thank you!

Pueblo Trail is a lovely desert oasis and super convenient to the park entrance and also just up the hill from town. Owner and managers could not have been nicer. Would absolutely stay there again!

Great Stay!

The house and property were exactly as described. The outdoor addidtions including the pool, hot tub, and fire pit give you an extra added bonus. The location is perfect for visiting Joshua Tree National Park and the surrounding area. We will for sure stay at the house again next time we visit Joshua Tree. Richard

Very nice, overall.

Quite nice, except the only problem is pretty much out of the control of the owner. The next door neighbor, very close to the property, has two dogs that are left outside all day and night and they bark incessantly throughout the night, which is not only unpleasant while trying to enjoy the beautiful night sky, but also very difficult to get an undisturbed and restful night of sleep. Although pets are allowed, be mindful of the many cactus plants throughout the back and front yards.
