'I was recommended to go to Las Penitas a small surfing village by the locals and it was amazing, I stayed at Hotel Tranquilo and it was all first class, the service, pool, food, music play list and drinks, if you are lucky you will meet the owners Jack and Carmen, they go above and beyond.
