One hitch: It does not sleep 8 or provide 4 queen sleeping spaces, and would be more accurately listed as having 2 queen beds and 1 high quality queen air bed. 'The location was great for the event we were in Greensboro for, YMCA swimming national competition at the aquatic center. The property having a pond was fun for the kids to fish and explore. Plenty of yard to kick a soccer ball and run around during down time. '

'The house is inviting and entertaining. It is perfect to entertain young kids in the evening and had a high chair for my little one. You are not too far from things to do, but you will have to drive. Overall had a great experience and would stay again if I am in the area.'

'Our family gathered for the celebration of our mother’s life. The house provided the perfect space for us to gather. We all traveled from many states. We found ourselves constantly moving cars to allow people to get out of the driveway. The only issue was that the house was on a very busy street without on street parking.'
