Perfect location in the middle of town! Everything is walkable, even down to the lake. Pro tip: grab a bottle of wine and pull up two chairs on the front balcony of this place to watch the sunset over the ridge and people walking by on the main street. It’s the perfect way to end the day in June Lake.

Lovely, Large space. It is upstairs with an outside staircase that could use a better handrail for gripping. ( I recently fell down some stairs so I am still a little skittish).SO MUCH SPACE and a balcony too where we watched the sun set behind the mountains. Ideally located in the village

The listing was just a whole lot of just ok but price was decent for the area. The room was clean but things were falling apart. Floor peeling, a/c didn’t reach entire area, Lights from the Rainbow business made for very bright rooms when trying to sleep. Stove knobs very faulty and we worried about gas on stove not being turned off. Good proximity to the area highlights.

My family and I had a great time this past weekend. My wife, two children and I enjoyed the great location in town and also the quick drive to the slopes. It was nice to have the kitchen available for a quick meal or the option to walk across the street to a restaurant. Parking was also available in the driveway which was a plus. We would stay here again on our next trip to June Lake. My kids also enjoyed the loft to hangout in. Thank you for a nice stay and weekend.

Convenient with Beautiful Views

The location of this property was perfect - everything was walkable and the views of the mountains and lake were gorgeous! Check in and out process was very easy, and the few questions I had for the friendly staff were answered promptly. The space was much larger than the pictures made it seem, so it was perfect for the extended weekend stay! It had everything we needed and was a very quiet evening location.

Better than the Pictures

This place looks smaller in the photos than it is in person. We enjoyed our stay: skiing at June mountain, eating across the street at Tiger Bar, and relaxing in our place above Rainbow Realty. It was a good size for a family of four. Our kids really liked the loft space.

Convenient check in and check out. Property owner/manager was responsive. The unit was a bit dated and so many random dressers collected over time. There were plenty of towels, but not any bedsheets for the futon or pull out beds.

One night for powder day at June

Me and two 17 year old boys. Right across the street from Ernie’s rentals and two restaurants.Clean. Warm. Third bed is a rollout bed…not really big enough for my 6’3”son, but he managed.Wished there would have been a Kurtis and some k cups.

This is a very tidy upstairs apartment. It is fairly quiet considering that it is on the main drag in downtown June Lake. The traffic goes slowly through this area and the location was therefore perfect for us with walking distance to the places we needed. The outside stairs up to the apartment would have been nice to have known about ahead of time since we had to carry heavy photographic equipment upstairs and also because I am recovering from a recent knee injury. But despite that, it was doable and our stay was quite enjoyable. The owners are lovely to talk with and very helpful when we asked for a fan. They gave us two!! There is a fold out comfy couch in living room and a king bed in bedroom with plenty of floor space for my camping blow up mattress. We were very happy here! There is a full kitchen that is well stocked, even including an oven in which we made baked sweet potatoes. Yum! . And there is a grill out on the porch outside as well. In every way, including price, very enjoyable place!! Thank you so much for sharing it with us! Plus...we got to see a very handsome brown bear walking the sidewalk in front of the stores across the street at 10p one night! A first for me!

Cool little place

Great location. Small for just a few people, but roomier than photos show. Mostly all electric so be careful in winter or windy tires of year. SCE shut down power to part of the area that affected this unit for over 24 hours. We eventually had to move as it was to cold to stay with no way to heat, or cook etc... Property management did a great with helping us to move.

I wish I had better things to say!

The location of this unit is amazing - right on the main drag in June. But...very limited hot water, broken furniture (kitchen chair), for some reason just two rolls of toilet paper, absolutely no 'stocked' items (pantry items), super limited dinner plates (like 5 total?), super dirty sponge for doing dishes, broken kitchen faucet. Nothing homey or cute about the unit - all of the personality of a Motel 6 unit.

Low expectations met

The property is not well maintained. The paint is peeling inside and out. The air conditioner is inadequate since it only cools half the apartment and not even that half very well. Bring everything you may need for cooking. There wasn’t even salt and pepper in the cupboard let alone coffee.

1. TV Guide feed did not display content, only the channel/station. 2. Could not get TV in Bedroom to work. 3. Check-out instructions indicated a trash bin outside the unit somewhere. We looked everywhere and could not find one. An update to the instructions are probably needed.
