'The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. 특별히 요청할 사항은 없었지만 매일 밤 술에 취해 돌아다니는 남자들이 있었고, 어떤 날은 술에 취했는데 피까지 흘리던 사람이 횡설수설하며 말을 걸어 까무라쳤습니다. 직원이 없으니 이런 손님들에 대한 제지가 전혀 되지 않아 너무 불편했습니다. 밤~새벽 시간에는 직원이 있어야할 것 같습니다.

'Great hotel in Seogwipo. I believe it's family owned and run. They are kind and helpful, Family room is very spacious and a/c is good during the hot summer weather. They even supply some extra hygiene utensils like toothpaste. Would stay again if and when I'm back in Jeju.'
