'Zeer mooi hotel gelegen in het Jungmun-resort (aan de kust), waar diverse andere grote hotelketens zijn gevestigd (goed afgescheiden). Resort bereikbaar vanuit airport Jeju met bus 600. In het resort zelf zijn ook bushaltes voor bus 510 en 520. Personeel ruim aanwezig en zeer vriendelijk. Daarnaast spreken ze goed Engels. '오래된호텔은 분명하지만 깨끗하더군요 처음에는 평을보고기대가 컸는지 좀 실망스러웠으나 예약된숙박을 다 머문결과는 만족입니다. 조용하고 침구가 깨끗해서 특히 좋았습니다. '

'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

'The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything.
