'The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. 'Unfortunately, our stay here was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the hotel was much worse than we expected from the photos and description online. We found several areas that were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival.
