Swim at your own risk, all small children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Quiet hours (no loud music) starts at 10 PM.
Parking is limited to 5 vehicles.

You will notice that there are 2 video cameras located on the property. One is a view of the driveway, the other provides a view of the pool. These cameras are there for your safety and security and will always be in use.
The apartment over the garage is not for guest use. ThIs will be locked at all times. This is only occupied when the owners stay at the property. The apartment will be vacant during your stay.
