Yes, wifi is available, but we dare you to leave all the electronics at home!

There are a series of stairs (approx 15) that lead from ground level to the master bedroom / upstairs of the home. Occupants and visitors must be physically able to walk up one set of stairs. There is currently no elevator service or a handicapped accessible ramp. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If your expected arrival time is after dark, all of the lights inside the home will be on as a courtesy.

This offering is a main home.
There is a separate apartment with private porch available for rent. The two spaces are very separate with separate systems (ac / electrical) and private entries. All outdoor spaces are shared.

The property is located on an equestrian dirt road that leads to a private drive with gated entry. It can be a little bumpy at times - enjoy the ride!
