'We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....

'They gave away my king room and charged me $25.00 extra for a double queen room after they gave away my room that I already paid for. The breakfast didn't have many choices to choose from, and the pancake machine was broken.'

'Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Bij aankomst kregen wij te horen dat we een gedeelde keuken hadden. We hadden voor 4 personen geboekt, maar er was enkel een set handdoeken voor 2 personen. Het bed was goed, maar er stond een smoezelige slaapbank waar gekreukelde lakens bij zaten die niet om het matras pasten. De airco stond 's nachts veel te koud ingesteld. De volgende ochtend (8.00 uur) hingen wij het bordje aan de deur voor de huishouding en aan het einde van de dag (16.00 uur) was er...
