Cosy family apartment with parking, sauna and balcony

This 2019 built apartment is freshly renovated in peaceful Keljo area. Area has good transport connections with car or public transport.

The apartment has two bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a very comfortable 160cm wide double bed, large window and desk and chair for remote working. The smaller bedroom has also 160cm wide double bed.

The large open kitchen and living area has stylish relaxing corner equipped with smart TV sofa and an armchair. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the 6-person dining table is perfect for any home-cooked meal. The 5th and 6th person can sleep on a sofa and single air mattress provided upon request.

The apartment also has a large bathroom with a sauna and a washing machine.

This home is perfect for families and groups who appreciate well-functioning space, style, and functionality.
📕 House Rules: Breaking the rules may result in cancellation of your stay before checkout or additional payments.
🤫 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay.
🎉 While the apartment may seem ideal for hosting parties, please note that our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. If we receive any complaints, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board will incur a €3,000 fee.
🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are prohibited in the apartment, balcony or building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment.
🐶 Pets are allowed but must be added to the booking.
👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect the property.
👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged.
🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. Please use the nearest luggage storage at the railway station.
🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you remain in the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night`s stay for the next guest’s visit.
🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.
