This apartment has two bedrooms, one with 180cm wide bed and one with 160cm wide bed. The living room with the open floor plan combine the kitchen and living room into a well functioning space which sleep 2 more persons on the sofa bed.

You can enter the private balcony or enjoy the warm spa-moments in the private sauna in the bathroom (with washing machine).

The area has good transport connections with car or public transport. Dedicated parking spot for guests to use.

The 55m2 apartment on the fourth floor was constructed in 2019. Area is peaceful and only 8 minute ride away from city centre. The apartment has good access to public transport and bus to city centre is also just 15-20 minutes.

The apartment has two bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a very comfortable 180cm wide double bed and a lounge chair. The smaller bedroom has also 160cm wide double bed.

The large open kitchen and living area has stylish equipped with smart TV sofa and an dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped. The 5th and 6th person can sleep on a sofa.

The apartment also has a bathroom with a sauna and a washing machine.

This home is perfect for families and groups who appreciate well-functioning space and style.

🤫 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay.
🎉 While the apartment may seem ideal for hosting parties, please note that our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. If we receive any complaints, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board will incur a €3,000 fee.
🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are prohibited in the apartment, balcony or building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment.
🐶 Pets are allowed but must be added to the booking.
👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect the property.
👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged.
🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. Please use the nearest luggage storage at the railway station.
🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you remain in the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night`s stay for the next guest’s visit.
🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.
