Maui Resort Rentals presenteert met trots dit uitzonderlijke 1 slaapkamer aanbod van de Honua Kai familie van luxe resortresidenties op Kaanapali North Beach.

Konea 444 is een van de beste suites met een slaapkamer van Honua Kai. Het is een uitgestrekte suite met een slaapkamer die uitzicht biedt op de rustige blauwe Stille Oceaan en op het naburige eiland Lanai van Maui. U hebt voldoende ruimte om te ontspannen in het opgewaardeerde 780 m² grote interieur, want deze suite beschikt over een van de grootste plattegronden met één slaapkamer op het hele resort. Om volledig te genieten van de warme Hawaiiaanse bries, vouwt u de glazen deuren weg om het ontspannende interieur naadloos te laten samensmelten met de buitenlucht.

Als een van de weinige suites met een slaapkamer bij Honua Kai die niet uitkijken op de Luana Garden Villas-constructie die begon in februari 2018, biedt Konea 444 rust en kalmte, ongeëvenaard door de meeste Honua Kai-locaties met 1 slaapkamer.

Als het tijd is om uit te rusten, laat de zachte Maui-bries je in diepe slaap vallen in het kingsize bed van de grote slaapkamer. Indien nodig wordt de bank omgezet in een queensize bed voor een extra gast of twee. De woonkamer en slaapkamer hebben beide een flatscreen televisie als u uw favoriete programma wilt zien voordat u afdrijft.

We moedigen u aan om uw culinaire creativiteit uit te drukken in de goed uitgeruste keuken. De ruimte is volledig uitgerust met Bosch-apparatuur van roestvrij staal en countertops van graniet. We hebben elk apparaat en gereedschap geleverd om de perfecte maaltijd of verfrissing te bereiden ... breng gewoon de ingrediënten. Geniet van uw maaltijden op de ruime Lanai of dineren binnenshuis in de klimaatgestuurde airconditioning. Bovendien leent onze Vitamix-blender voor commerciële doeleinden zich uitstekend voor het bereiden van creatieve plengoffers of smoothies met verse lokale producten.

Honua Kai beslaat 38 ongerepte gronden aan het strand van Kaanapali's North Beach, dus je zult letterlijk op een steenworp afstand zijn van de rust van de kustlijn van Maui. Wandel naar het strand om je tenen in het zachte zand aan te raken of neem een verfrissende duik in de Stille Oceaan. Een "Ohana Play-pakket" inclusief Tommy Bahama strandstoelen, een paraplu, barbecueapparatuur en een draagbare koeler wordt gratis verstrekt.

Geniet op aanvraag van snelle, gemakkelijke toegang tot vers zwembad en strandhanddoeken, want deze suite is inclusief toegang tot de handige kiosken in de lobby en aan het zwembad bij het Honua Kai.

Wanneer het tijd is voor een hapje, is Honua Kai de thuisbasis van het populaire Duke's Beach House Restaurant, dat ontbijt, lunch, diner en cocktails serveert. Duke's is gespecialiseerd in het serveren van Hawaïaanse geïnspireerde gerechten met lokale ingrediënten en vers gevangen vis. Als u een verfrissing aan het water wilt, is er een zwembadservice beschikbaar. Voor koffie, broodjes en diversen is de Aina Gourmet Market gunstig gelegen in de lobby van de Hokulani Tower.

Als u te hoge bagagekosten van de luchtvaartmaatschappijen wilt vermijden, overweeg dan om lichter in te pakken en gebruik te maken van de wasmachine en droger in de suite.

Gratis snel Wi-Fi is beschikbaar en is inbegrepen bij de dagelijkse parkeerprijs, die ook de optie biedt voor een gratis parkeerservice. Great stay, great management!

We had a great experience! Maui Resort Rentals has great communication, everyone was very friendly and wanted to go the extra mile. We had one issue in the condo where we had no hot water, we gave them a call and went to dinner. By the time we got back, water was hot! The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable and we loved the patio that opened all the way! The resort had lots of great pools - especially great for kids. Parking was great, but if you plan on getting back late, you might have a short walk. Overall, checking in was easy, checking out was easy, the place was comfortable and clean, and they stocked it with all the things we needed. I will be seeking properties from Maui Resort Rentals next time we come to Maui!

Beauty Rest of the Highest Kind

We arrived to a spotless suite, fully equipped kitchen, and a partial but perfect view of the ocean. The first morning we awakened and were greeted by the ocean from our fourth story I teared up. Close beach, Dukes within a short walking distance, and the healing embrace of the Islands. We will definitely return here and to this room. Thank you for making our trip so beautifully perfect! The only downside was the parking filled by 8:00 pm and we had to park in a guest area about a block from the tower. Definitely get your spot early or be willing to park in an area away from the tower.

Beautiful property with a few minor issues

Property is very clean and was accurately reflected by the pictures. Property managers were very engaged and attentive. While we did have a few issues ( the safe wasn’t working correctly and needed to be replaced ) and the fridge water dispenser ice box had a major leak). Both required calls for maintenance (our stuff was locked in and the water was everywhere). They immediately responded though, were very nice, and worked with us to fix the problems. Only minor issue is they used our towels to wipe the mess - and left them super dirty in the corner. Check in was chaotic - directions were not clear where to go - we got sent to several different people before finding the right check in (hint - go to the outside concierges for your building). Other than that property was beautiful and as advertised. I saw someone commented on the musty smell - while we did witness this too it was only when first entering the property. It is a tropical climate and the air likely got a bit stale. We would stay there again but just hope the couple minor issues are addressed.

The house was well stocked and clean. The facility was great too. There were a lot of kids so the place is great for them. We didn’t have kids so would have been nice if it was quieter but not a big deal at all. Overall great stay!

The pictures representing the view from the patio are misleading, the ocean is not nearly as close as it appears but still is a nice view. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and gadgets. Furniture was in good shape, beach chairs and umbrella were in good condition and easy to use. The location of unit 444 was convenient to the elevator and parking garage. The appliances, fridge, ice maker, washer & dryer, stove and oven and dishwasher all were in need of replacement. The lighting throughout the unit is very dim and in need of upgrade. Brighter led bulbs would help, as would the addition of a light kit to the fans in the living room and bedroom. The safe to store valuables was a joke. You cannot set your own combination so everyone who enters the room (maintenance, housekeeping) knows your code (code & instructions next to safe). Additionally ours wouldn’t work so maintenance came and had to retrieve our valuables. They put in new batteries that were held in place with a piece of packing tape. That solved the problem for about five minutes, then the packing tape came loose and the batteries fell on the floor of the closet.

My husband and I just finished a 6 night stay at Honua Kai in the Konea tower room 444. The resort overall was great - the pools, access to the beach, poolside drinks and food from nearby Duke’s. The condo itself was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. The pillows in the bedroom are in need of replacement as they are quite lumpy and flattened. It’s hard to find great pillows when you’re renting though. We also had one major complaint about the condo and that was the terrible musty smell the second you walked in the door. It wasn’t a faint one, but a take your breath away and knock you down smell. Once you were in the condo, the smell disappeared. It was only once you first entered the front door or the bedroom area. If the door to the lanai was open and fresh air was pouring in, the smell wasn’t as noticeable. We called the management company twice for this issue, but it was never resolved during our stay. The first time we called, a maintenance worker came out and replaced the air filter in the ceiling hvac. That didn’t fix the problem, so we called again. They said a building engineer would be sent out to inspect, but unfortunately another 24 hrs have passed and nothing has been done. We are checking out in a few hours and it’s too late. I hope they can locate the problem before the next tenant arrives!

Amazing rental for a couple's vacation!

The condo at Honua Kai was amazing, and perfect for our 2nd trip to Maui. The communication and service from InvitedHome was spot on, and the staff at Honua Kai were some of the friendliest I've ever had at any hotel or resort. My girlfriend had unfortunately fractured her foot several days prior to our vacation, and upon arrival not only had InvitedHome provided us with a local business for a wheel chair rental (which was delivered to the condo) but they had also left us a personal note wishing her a speedy recovery. AMAZING attention to detail! I definitely recommend this rental for a couple's vacation, and InvitedHome for any vacation rental period.

Perfect for family vacation

Our condo was in the perfect location to explore Maui. It was very well-situated within the resort itself; close to pools and the adjacent beach. The condo was clean, well-equipped and very comfortable for a family of four. We especially appreciated the "fun closet" and made great use of the beach chairs and umbrella. We enjoyed many lazy mornings on the lanai with our beautiful ocean view, and made some great family memories during our trip. This place truly felt like home. We had some minor issues during our stay, but the property manager was quick to resolve it and provided excellent customer service in doing so. We will definitely be back, and looking to rent this unit again!

Beautiful Condo & Perfect Location

This beautiful condo is located at the Honua Kai Resort and Spa. The resort has multiple swimming pools, a water slide and the grounds are beautiful. Duke's Restaurant is located next to one of the pools, which made it convenient to order food poolside or enjoy their happy hour. The beach walk from the resort to Whaler's Village to shop and dine was very easy. (About 1 1/2 mile walk) The condo was the perfect size for my husband and two adult children. We enjoyed having a partial beach view from the lanai. The Invited Home Management team was very easy to work with and handled any issues that arose with promptness and care. We would gladly return to this condo and resort! Thank you.
