Spectaculaire Ocean Front - Kuleana Resort

Het Kuleana Resort ligt tussen de bergen van West Maui en de oceaan aan de goudkust van Maui. Unit 411 is een unit met 1 slaapkamer op de tweede verdieping aan de oceaan te midden van weelderige tuinen. Het is onlangs gerenoveerd met granieten werkbladen en travertin vloeren. Een prive Lanai biedt uitzicht op de eilanden Lanai, Molokai en prachtige zonsondergangen. Tijdens het winterseizoen kunt u walvissen spotten vanuit uw eigen Lanai. Schildpadden in overvloed en een snorkelhelling op het terrein biedt gemakkelijke toegang tot het water. We hebben een klein strand dat komt en gaat, maar de stranden van Kapalua en Kaanapali zijn vlakbij, net als vele andere pittoreske stranden. Er is ook een on-site toegang tot een activiteitenbalie waar u rondleidingen kunt boeken. Je kunt alles doen of je kunt niets doen. We waren op het terrein getrouwd en komen elk jaar terug om ons jubileum te vieren.

Het appartementencomplex beschikt over een tennisbaan en een groot zwembad, geschikt voor baantjes zwemmen. De Kuleana staat bekend om zijn gronden die op zeven hectare zijn met loopbruggen omringd door prachtige plumeria- en ijzerhoutbomen, alle soorten hibiscus, gember en palmen. Deze gronden worden met trots onderhouden en behoren tot de beste aan de westkant.

Winkelen, dineren en golf zijn allemaal te vinden binnen een straal van 8 km. We zijn drie mijl ten noorden van de opwinding van het Kaanapali hoteldistrict dat spa's, golf, surfen, kajakken en winkelen omvat. We zijn vijf mijl ten noorden van de historische charmes van Lahaina, waar u restaurants voor elke smaak kunt vinden, boten voor sportvissen, bioscopen, kunstgalerijen, shows en veel winkels. We zijn ongeveer 8 kilometer ten zuiden van de beroemde golfbaan van Kapalua. Natuurlijk kunt u altijd op het strand blijven barbecuen terwijl u geniet van de zonsondergang. De keuken is goed uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft.

Great Location on the wayer

We had a fabulous week at this wonderful condo. Great location only surpassed by the ocean view. Saw whales from the lanai and woke up each morning to the sound of surf. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a great Maui experience.

Amazing view!

Actual views from lanai were gorgeous - pictures never can capture the beauty of the ocean. We saw whales and turtles from the lanai. We went to bed listening to the waves crashing on shore. Doesn't get any better! The condo was well stocked, especially liked the Brita pitcher which supplied us with good water without having to purchase bottled water. They even had a first aid kit available. These are just some of the extras that the condo provided. Communication with Bob was excellent. Had a problem with the internet and Bob quickly took care of us. The property was well maintained and beautiful. It was a good week.

Schönes Flat ind großartiger Lage mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern drumherum.

Das Appartment liegt direkt am Meer mit vielen Meeresschildkröten. Also Lage wirklich ganz wunderbar. Die einzelnen Wohnungen gehören unterschiedlichen ownern, sodas sie nicht einheitlich sind. So hatten wir das Pech das wir die ersten 2 morgen sehr früh geweckt wurden, da der „Nachbar“ sein Flat umgebaut hat und danach die 3 Tage waren die Verwalter direkt vor unserer Wohnung ab morgens mit Freischneidern und Laubbläsern unterwegs. Das hat die Freude über die Lage leider getrübt, man würde seinen Urlaubstag auf der anderen Seite der Erde lieber etwas ruhiger angehen. Unser Fazit, beim nächsten Mal würden wir ins Hotel ziehen, ist nicht teurer, evtl. gar preiswerter, und man hat einen einheitlichen Ansprechpartner. Das flat selbst ist wirklich top in Ordnung.

Tropical Paradise Getaway

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment in Maui, and we cannot express how much we enjoyed our time there. The location is fantastic. The ocean front lanai offered breathtaking views. We were there in December and saw whales right from the comfort of our own balcony. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and tidy, the kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated the attention to detail in providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay (e.g. beach gear, extra garbage bags and toilet paper, Tupperware, ziplocks and foil, dish soap etc) Communication with the owner was excellent, and they provided clear and detailed check-in instructions, making our arrival seamless and stress-free. In conclusion, we couldn't have asked for a better combination of a great location, a well-equipped and clean living space, and the added bonus of whale watching from our balcony. If you're looking for a quiet and comfortable Hawaiian vacation, this is the perfect choice.

First time in Hawaii and Maui

This was a most amazing property with everything you could ever need. The beach front accommodations were an absolute feast for the eyes. Plenty of snorkeling right on property with sea turtles, massive amounts of fish, eels and octopus to see just walking out the back door. Great coffee within walking distance and downtown Lahaina just a 10 minute drive away for a little livelier nightlife if you want it. Property was super clean and had all the amenities you'll need for your quiet stay on Maui. Best views and proximity to nearly everything you'd want. Super safe area and very private!! We'll be back!!

Phenomenal Maui Stay

Bob’s property was the perfect stay for my wife and I. The oceanfront view, the cleanliness, the provided amenities and the location of the Kuleana are unmatched. It is peaceful and quiet, away from the busy hotel areas. There are lots of beaches and shopping within a 10-minute drive as well as a 15-minute walk from our favorite breakfast spot, Java Jazz. The Kuleana is just as great as I remember from my visits here when I was younger with my family.

Just bring some clothes

This property had everything we needed for a great Maui vacation. The location is excellent. Little bit slower and less expensive side of the island. Easy drive south to Lahaina and easy drive north to Napili beach (6 minutes). Lots of good food options north and south. The condo is perfect for two people. Kitchen had anything we needed, for in house and on the road. The beach set up was perfect and as pictured. Towels and playmate cooler fit the bill too. The west facing oceanfront view was spectacular, and i am not sure you could find a more relaxing lanai morning and night. You are getting full afternoon sun, and it does heat up the front room, so the lanai shade is needed in the afternoon for sure. The a/c in the master bedroom makes for a good nights sleep, but don't expect it to cool the entire unit. There are fans throughout and you can easily get a breeze flowing through the unit. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was enjoyable. The complex is very well maintained. A very nice pool, and a small beach for watching the sunset or looking for turtles. Communication from start to finish was very good. We will definitely look for the availability of this unit on our next trip to Maui.

Breathtaking Views, Convenient Location, and Memorable Extras!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Maui condo, and we cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most awe-inspiring view of the sunsets over the water from the unit's patio. It was truly a sight to behold and created some of the most memorable evenings of our trip. The full kitchen in the condo was an absolute delight. Even though we mostly used it for preparing breakfasts, it had everything we needed to whip up delicious meals. However, with the abundance of dining options nearby, we found ourselves venturing out to explore the local culinary scene. The convenience of Ubers and Lyfts being readily available meant we never had to wait more than a mere three minutes for a pickup. The close proximity to Lahina was an added bonus, as we thoroughly enjoyed visiting Front Street in the evenings. The lively atmosphere, charming shops, and fantastic restaurants made for unforgettable evenings out. What truly made our stay exceptional were the thoughtful extras provided by the owners. The playmate cooler became our trusty companion on many of our day trips. It kept our drinks chilled and allowed us to enjoy refreshing beverages while exploring the beauty of Maui. The beach qchairs and umbrella provided by the property were a true blessing. With a small beach right on the premises, we had the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.

What a view!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and my birthday. The place was wonderful, clean and nice amenities. The view is spectacular! We watched sea turtles and whales( happened to be whale season)from the lanai. There are so many options at this location. You can swim, snorkel or do nothing and enjoy the Sunset. Definitely will return.
