De ultieme luxe wacht op onze volledig gerenoveerd en opnieuw ingericht 1 slaapkamer, 1 badkamer oceaan appartement. Deze werkelijk uitzonderlijke suite ligt op een steenworp afstand van het water en biedt een spectaculair vrij uitzicht op de oceaan en de zonsondergang vanaf de Lanai en de woonkamer --- de perfecte plek om walvissen te spotten en de tropisch blauwe tinten van de Stille Oceaan op te snuiven. Unit 614 heeft de BESTE OCEAANZICHT op het Kuleana Resort. Dit een van een soort condo beschikt over ALLE NIEUWE prachtige roestvrijstalen apparaten, mooie houten kasten, granieten aanrechtbladen, tegelvloeren en alle nieuwe meubels! De volledig ingerichte keuken is onberispelijk schoon en volledig gevuld met kookgerei, servies en bestek voor al uw kook- en amusementsbehoeften. De badkamer is voorzien van alle nieuwe tegels door, evenals een nieuwe houten wastafel, een wastafel, nieuwe douche-scheidingswand van helder glas en nieuwe gespiegelde kastdeuren (zowel in de badkamer als in de slaapkamer)! De slaapkamer is AIR-CONDITIONED en heeft een comfortabel kingsize bed. De accommodatie is ingericht met hoogwaardige kunst en decoraties. Er zijn 2 HD smart-tv's om te streamen. Je hebt toegang tot Netflix, Amazon, enz. Met je abonnement (49 "tv in de woonkamer, 32" tv in de slaapkamer). De prive-Lanai heeft nieuwe glazen schuifdeuren en bamboe gordijnen voor bescherming tegen de zon in de middag. Het appartement is perfect voor een paar dat hun huwelijksreis, jubileum en leven viert! Professioneel schoonmaakbedrijf.

Dit appartement aan het strand ligt op West Maui. Het is prachtig aangelegd en onderhouden in een rustige en stille omgeving. Er zijn 2 zandstranden aan beide zijden van de flat voor gemakkelijke toegang tot water. Vanaf hier kunt u snorkelen, paddleboard, surfen, kajakken of zwemmen.

Direct voor het appartement is een grasveld en een prachtig rotsachtig lavarif met een ladder om het water in te gaan om te snorkelen en u zult versteld staan ​​van de verschillende soorten zeeleven.

Great time great location

Great location and views from the deck, its small but has king bed and worked good for us. Beach was small but that comes and goes. Kinda hard to swim out front due to rocks. Turtles galore overall we loved it. Just far enough to be private and close enough to be just a short drive to everything.

A jewel in Honokowai

Let me start by saying we will return to this property. Premium location, close enough to everything on the west side, yet far away to give you that peaceful island feel. Impressive vistas of Moloka‘i and Lānaʻi. This property is targeted to adults who are looking for peace and quiet. Very calm, very clean, very well maintained property and condo. No thrills, no frills, but if what you are looking for is a very well maintained and calm place to stay and unwind, this is your spot. The management were very useful and quick to respond. The unit is small, so it is perfect for a couples get away. The only minus points are: When we stayed, there was very little beach equipment in the unit. We left a beach umbrella we purchased; here's hoping it finds good use. Also, the balcony needs a bit of TLC. In order to have the gorgeous views, the unit is looking directly at the water facing west, this means you will get hit directly by the sun in the afternoon. The lanai shades are in need of a bit of repair to secure them in place and still be able to enjoy the sunsets. Honestly, everything else was great. As I said, we will be returning soon.

My third time at Kuleana.

Nice condo, cute beach, great snorkeling with the turtles, beautiful coastal hike in Kapalua, nearby grocery store and more. Would be nice to have a couple more grills, they get busy at dinner time, but you can have a beer and talk story while you wait. Did I mention the sunsets? Will be back again next year!

We loved our unit, the complex and its location. The complex crews work daily providing clean common facilities and they live out the rules presented in paperwork and still are approachable. We saw whales six of our eight days from our unit and snorkeling for the experienced was available here & nearby.

Maui perfection

We loved our stay here. The condo was clean and the view incomparable. The complex was beautifully maintained. Laundry was easy and parking was great. The location is good too for shopping and restaurants. The beach just off property was perfect and the snorkeling was excellent. Tons of whales and turtles all day long. The sunsets were spectacular.

This property MORE than lived up to its expectations! Beautiful condo to stay in. It was very clean and modern. Even came with 2 beach chairs and fins for snorkeling. We were able to see a couple of whales from the balcony even though they were far off in the distance. the internet of the Television is kinda hit or miss and the parking spots are pretty narrow but everything else was top notch. I will definitely look at this place on my next visit to Maui. Communication between the management team took a few to respond but great place

Gorgeous View

The view from this property is outstanding. You can sit on the lanai and watch whale activity in season as well as surfers and stand up boarders. The only downside is there is no sand beach.

Nice condo and complex

We have stayed at many of the condo complexes from Kaanapali to Kapalua, and the is one of the nicest. Excellent security, well maintained grounds, friendly staff. Large, clean pool. Small sand beach area. Detailed check-in and out instructions. Well stocked library for borrowing books. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside was that there was only one beach chair and one pair of swim fins in the condo. Mahalo!

Quiet, beautiful location. We enjoyed meeting many owners as well as many guests. The pool and facilities were very well-maintained. Our apartment was ideal for two people and the views never stopped.

Great location

The view was wonderful. The grounds of property were kept very nicely. Unfortunately, the condo could have been much cleaner. Had to wash dishes because half the things we took out of cabinets was dirty. Blanket on bed was folded down, and then when we unfolded it, it had gross stuff on it. Fan in bedroom was broke. Coffee filters that were for coffee maker didn’t even fit that kind of coffee maker. Bathroom ceilings are very low, and the thing you see as you get out is an exhaust fan coated in dirt. Pretty frustrating when you first arrive and that’s what you find. I will say that management did bring over a floor fan and a new blanket, but I don’t want to have to deal with those kinds of issues. Again, wonderful location and great snorkeling but not sure I would rent again just due to cleaning issues. We’re not talking deep cleaning just pretty much routine cleaning issues.

Wonderful and Conveniently-Located Condo

We had such a great time here. Highlight of the condo is definitely the lanai, which looks right out on the ocean. Room was clean, and AC in the bedroom was nice. Walking distance to food and shops, and multiple beaches. It's a few miles north of all the very commercial-feeling resorts. This area feels much more charming. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a fancy resort . Simple but clean and the grounds are kept up nice. There’s always someone tending to the grounds & common area. Right on water which was nice to wake up to and relax at night. Ended up preferring the simpler place and location. Check in process was good with regular communication along the way. Would stay again.

Amazing View

We had an amazing view from our patio and we took advantage of it every day. In the morning we watched the whales in the distance and at night we would watch the sun set in the distance. I can't say enough about this view, you have to see it to believe it. Very comfortable space with more than enough room for me and my partner. Loved the kitchen and it had mostly everything you would need. AC in the bedroom made all the difference and slept very well through the night. We did have an issue with ants on the first day but the maintenance crew came in quickly and took care of them for us. Would recommend this space for anyone traveling to Maui.

We had a great time at this condo. The condo complex was clean and very well kept up. The pool area was very nice. There are several grills to use and were cleaned by the employees every day. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching tons of whales. The only downside was the lack of walkable beach but we were aware of that. Would definitely stay here again. Lovely week away

Beautiful ocean front location. The lanai offers plenty of privacy to sit for hours on end staring at waves and horizon. We saw a number of green turtles and a few humpback whales without leaving the condo.
