Gelegen aan de felbegeerde Gold Coast van Ku'ilima Estates West, biedt deze accommodatie ruimte voor iedereen. Je kunt wakker worden met koffie op je Lanai met uitzicht op het eerste T-stuk van de Fazio-golfbaan. Dit is een van de weinige eenheden die comfortabel acht kunnen slapen. Deze eenheid is een van de dichtst bij de stranden, restaurants, golfbanen en spa van het hotel. Je zou moeilijk worden ingedrukt om een andere eenheid zo mooi als deze te vinden. 



Kom en ontspan na uw lange dagen op het strand of verken gewoon de schoonheid van de North Shore. Het appartement heeft een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer met twee queensize bedden boven in het hok. Er zijn twee en een half baden, een badkamer heeft een opstaande douche en de andere heeft een ligbad. In de woonkamer heb je ook een full-size slaapbank. Keuken is volledig gevuld met alles wat je nodig hebt om diners thuis te koken of gewoon bij je achterdeur is een van de beste restaurants op Turlte Bay Resort. 



Split airconditioner in de woonkamer zal het appartement koel houden tijdens onze warme zomerdagen. Er is ook raamairconditioner in elke slaapkamer om u koel te houden terwijl u slaapt. 



Alle units hebben een volledig uitgeruste keuken, alles wat u moet meenemen is uw eten! Alle beddengoed en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen, dus neem je badpak en je aloha spirit mee en bereid je voor om herinneringen aan je leven te maken. 



Op loopafstand kunt u kiezen tussen twee golfbanen van wereldklasse in Turtle Bay Resort, uitstekende restaurants, geweldige stranden, surfen, paardrijden en een prachtige spa.

It is a nice comfortable place to stay

We were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Very clean and had all we could think of. Check in was a breeze. Beds are comfy. No noise complaints like I had read in some reviews. My only complaint was i reached out for assistance on the fan/light and tv as we were not able to turn on the fan/light. Was told sorry to hear about that. No suggestions no assistance. Felt that was inadequate as everyone is waiting for an answer. We could definitely of used the light and the fan. TV issue we worked around it. Tv worked - we just couldn't figure it out. The pool area is great, the walk to the parking lot for our extra car was short and pleasant and free. Would I stay there again...YES! Thank you for a special staycation.

OMG, Steer clear of this place & VRBO

This property is absolutely not what it’s advertised to be. 7 of us arrived late in the evening for what was to be several days on the North Shore, on our 1st vacation to Hawaii. We arrived to a VRBO property that was just disgusting! Beside the moldy shower, bathtub & kitchen ceiling there was paint peeling off the walls, trim and doors all over the property. The master bedroom floor was delaminated, coming apart and the finish scratched off all over the place. The bedroom & bathroom fixtures were all rusty, one high hat hanging out of the ceiling & the laundry closet was plain disgusting. The window next to the spiral staircase leaked so bad it puddled water on the sill as well as the floor. The spiral staircase itself is unique, however, forget trying to carry a suitcase up it (doesn’t fit). We reached out to VRBO, who were absolutely of no help at all (their response, “it’s a housekeeping issue). Some of it, perhaps, but overall the property is not adequately maintained & has deteriorated into a substandard mess. The property Host was apologetic when I sent her the pictures & apologized profusely. The property owner could care less, which is clearly evident by its deteriorated condition. I would chart a course, in a far different direction than this property & not consider VRBO either as they do not have your back when you’re confronted with a situation such as this. We left, in less than 12 hours, that next morning and found a much more suitable property using Airb&b.

Very nice rental in Turtle Bay

Nice property to use as a base to explore the North Shore. Unit was clean and well maintained. Walking distance to hotel and it's features including the beach, walking trails, and restaurants. Golf course was in very good condition. Easy drive to other North Shore locations.

Nice unit, great area, but close to road

Property owner failed to tell us what unit we had booked and took an hour to get back to us- kinda frustrating. Unit was nice and clean and as advertised, but was the unit on the end of the building and right next to the road going into the resort, so you continually heard cars and busses going by. Didn’t notice it while in the kitchen/living area but you could hear it in the main bedroom. I would stay in this area again but try to get a unit further away from the road

Nice, but noisy

Overall the place was great, had everything we needed for our family of 5. The only 2 downsides were the upstairs mattress smelled and when we stripped the sheets many large pee stains were revealed. I suggest a new mattresses and a plastic cover! The other downside is being so close to the road and the cart barn- both created a lot of noise early in the morning.

Wonderful Property and Stay

This property has everything needed to have a wonderful stay on the North Shore. Property was very clean, functional and well appointed (might upgrade the couch/add seating in the living room). The Turtle Bay resort (10 minute walk) is beautiful and most amenities are available to rental guests. General location is great. Easy check-in and check-out. 100% would come back.

Overall nice stay

The condo was clean and did have all the basics. It was however run down and in need of some repairs and painting. The master shower leaked. The couch was sunk in and uncomfortable to sit on. Overall it was clean and felt safe. Have been told that it was equal to value we paid based on opinion of someone who lives on the island.

Here for daughters wedding. A note on the counter of the unit informed us that the kitchen/common area A/C wasn’t working. Sorry. Killed cockroaches every night. Besides the wait in road construction that almost proved disastrous, sweating in wedding attire was an absolute aggravation.

Beautiful location- great experience

We loved our stay. We did have our grand-baby with us and the stairs would not be ideal for young children or someone with an infant but there’s a master down stairs so that definitely worked for us! The beaches are very accessible and fun activities. The property was clean, organized, and well ran. Thank you all for a beautiful and fun stay!

Pros and Cons

PROS: Very clean, great location, safe community, well supplied kitchen. Clothes drying rack on porch great for swim suits. Swimming pools were great also. Don't hear noise from other units. CONS: For light sleepers, early road noise heard in master bedroom. Recommend ear plugs or run the fan all night. Dishwasher, washing machine and half of the stovetop burners were not working when we arrived. These issues were known to management, but we were not notified in advance. Nicole was able to get stovetop repaired during our stay. But we ended up hand washing dishes for 8 people during our weeklong vacation. We were given limited washing machine use at another location for two days. I understand current supply shortages might have contributed to the dishwasher repair. Of course, broken appliances is not a long-term issue. I think this was an unusual situation. We were not offered a discount when listed appliances were not available. Nicole went out of her way to help us as much as she could. It's a great place, early morning traffic and appliances not repaired made our stay less comfortable.
