Spacious clean place, close to Turtle Bay resort. Short walk to beach and not too far from Haleiwa. The pool was great too! We also enjoyed playing tennis!!

Amazing location and the perfect setup for our family
There are many good things to say about this property. The location is ideal. The way the rooms/loft was set up was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 young kids. The place has been renovated and modernized. It was, clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. Very thankful for the beach towels, toys, etc. The golf course is currently not open so we were able to cut across to the nearest beach in minutes. The beach was idyllic and quiet. Andrew's communication before check-in was very clear. There was an issue with the washing machine, which was an easy fix, and Andrew kindly compensated us for that. I wish the showers were hotter; the water was always lukewarm. That's the reason for one docked star. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Wedding Trip
My husband and I chose this property during our wedding trip to Oahu. We wanted to stay closer to the north shore to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still have amenities near (grocery stores, places to eat, etc.). This property was perfect for a relaxing and worry free trip. It was exactly as the listing portrayed and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. The property manager was easy to communicate with and available when needed. I would 100% recommend this property.

Clean Quiet Get Away
This property was the cleanest property I have stayed at on the Islands. It had everything you needed for your trip. I loved the beach chairs as you are a short walk from many beautiful beaches. The only reason I would not stay here again is I love balconies, drinking coffee on them in the morning in the amazing Hawai air is my favourite and the balcony only has room to stand. I did not realize this when I booked. Otherwise if you don’t use a balcony much I would highly recommend this property.

Perefct Location
This was our family's first time staying on the north shore and we loved it! The condo's location was centrally located to plenty of beaches and food trucks and gave us a perfect location for all of the island exploring we did each day. We also loved the proximity to Haleiwa for the shops and wider variety of food. The condo was beautifully updated, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner and directions for accessing the condo was incredibly clear and we had no issues during our stay. It was a great size for vacation and our kids loved claiming the loft area as their space. The condo was easy walking distance to the beach and resort and also right next to a pool. We also utilized all of the walking/running trails for exercise on a daily basis. The only minor complaint of our stay at the condo was that the master bed mattress could use an update (just a personal preference on our aging backs!). Aside from that, we have zero complaints and would absolutely recommend this to others and stay here again.

Perfect Place
Our family stayed for 10 nights, enjoyed every minute. Andrew was a great host and quick to answer questions. The condo is well appointed, up to date and has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. You can hear the ocean at night making for a relaxing evening. In addition to the condos pickelball/tennis courts and swimming pool it’s a short walk to pristine unpopulated beaches and a 10minute walk to Turtle Bay beach and the hotel. The hotel is a great location for sunset and drinks / dinner. Also short walk to Lai Lai’s restaurant at the golf course, our favorite breakfast and dinner spot. Would definitely rent from Andrew again.

Amazing place to stay!
Really great place to stay, we rented this out for family for our wedding. Andrew is a great host, always available and let us even have a late checkout! (we were practicing our first dance since his beautiful home had wood floor :) ) Would totally come here again, just gorgeous place!

Nice Turtle Bay Condo
Andrew was great at communicating and getting back when I had a question. Condo is nicely renovated with updated flooring and appliances. Warm and muggy when we arrived but the window units downstairs cooled the unit off quickly. The loft never cooled as much but with the ceiling fan it was ok. The staircase is spiral and narrow. That was not a problem for us but it could be depending who is in your party. There is not a bathroom in the loft and again, not a real problem for us but it could be. Parking was great and the unit includes a lot of extras, beach chairs, etc. It is a short walk to the resort with several bars and restaurants. I wish we would have spent another day. Really nice area with hikes, beach, golfing, surf, and food trucks close by.

Pros: -Andrew is a great host. Clear instructions, fast communication -well equipped unit. Literally has everything you need, even has batteries to spare -great location in turtle bay, close drive to shark’s cove, food trucks and Foodland market -upstairs loft is a spacious place for kids. They loved the spiral staircase -gated property, felt secure -quiet neighbors -nicely upgraded kitchen Cons: -primary bathroom is tight. Can hardly move in the shower and toilet area -unit has two window ac units. The one in the primary room is nice and cold. The one in the family room not so much -loft has a portable ac unit that did not get cold at all -loft has cobwebs on the ceiling that cleaners have ignored for a while. Also a collection of dust/webs by the ceiling fan -little flying bugs around the windows. Yes this is the tropics but cleaners can do a better job of getting rid of them -could use some newer mattresses Overall a positive stay as the pros outweighed the cons.

Beautiful location
This is the perfect place to stay in North Shore! Close enough to the resort to walk in and enjoy the grounds, but at a discounted rate. We enjoyed using the tennis courts and the pool in the gated condo complex. The view of the golf course from the patio was beautiful! The condo is updated and full of all the amenities you would need. The loft area was perfect for our kids. The staircase is steep, so I wouldn’t recommend for very small children or adults with mobility issues, but our kids loved it. The air conditioners cooled the unit down quickly. We loved the enclosed patio and appreciated the beach toys! There is even a cooler you can use which came in handy. We would stay here again hands down. Such a great location in the middle of the North Shore. Only 25 minutes to Alii to the Polynesian Cultural Center too, which was a plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location in Turtle Bay!
Andrew’s place was just as described! Full of amenities for the beach and kitchen. Although we didn’t cook, it was well equipped for anyone that would. Beach gear included a cooler, lots of chairs, beach towels, water sports equipment and an umbrella. We learned you can rent chairs and umbrellas at Turtle Bay, so we didn’t end up using them. But great to have if you prefer to set up elsewhere. The beds were super comfy and bathrooms were so clean and equipped with soaps and towels. It’s convenient to walk to resort for dinner and drinks, and walking to beach with gear would be a bit much, but very doable. Food trucks are a 5 minute drive away and a cute beer garden for take away bottles of wine. This area is beautiful! The walking paths are the perfect way to begin your day. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Great condo Great location
We had a perfect stay at this condo! It is a wonderful location-right next door to the pool and a 5 min walk across the golf course to the beach. The beach is very quiet and swimmable-even for our 9 and 12 year old. We stayed other places on the north shore-which were also beautiful but not swimmable for kids due to waves. The condo itself was very clean and everything was thought of-the laundry was efficient and they had laundry soap, dishwasher soap, everything you could need. There were boogie boards, beach umbrella/towels, scuba gear, etc on the porch. 7 minute walk to the restaurants at Turtle Bay-and 10 min drive to the Northshore beaches and food trucks. The owner was VERY responsive and kind. I left a beach cover up there and he shipped it back to us on the mainland the next day! I cannot recommend highly enough. A+!

Will not disappoint
We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this property for 11 days. On arrival the entire place was sparkling clean. The renovations are very nice. It felt as if we were the first to ever stay here. The home is stocked with everything you need for a wonderful trip. The proximity to the pool, tennis courts, golf course and beach was very convenient. This is our 4th trip to Turtle Bay, but our first time booking this unit. We will always book this unit from now on, it was by far the best one we have stayed at.

Just a few things to make note of….
Be very careful of the spiral staircase, narrow and steep. We chose not to even try to carry my daughter’s suitcase upstairs. There is also a step -up at the top of the stairs to the sleeping area. Be aware as the first time I went to go downstairs , I fell and went headlong into the spiral steps. There should be some contrast on the edge of the step, the grey floorboards all blend together! The second bath is downstairs so one has to navigate going down the spiral staircase in the middle of night. We had to leave on multiple lights at night for safety. This wasn’t great for sleeping up in the loft! The bathroom off the master bedroom is a “one person “ bathroom. Two people will not fit.

Nice Stay on the North Shore
This is a beautifully updated condo next to the Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Oahu. Although busy, the area is far less crowded than Waikiki. The condo location itself is fantastic--it is the complex closest to the hotel, golf course, and public beach access. The view looks out onto the golf course which is very serene, and there is a filtered view of the ocean from the upstairs loft. The balcony is screened in with a charming lighted sitting area. This is a gated community with a pool just around the corner from the condo. Although it is an older condo complex, the kitchen and bathrooms in the unit have been nicely remodeled. There are AC units in the main living and sleeping areas which are appreciated in the hot summer months. The washing machine and dryer are much newer, and fancier, than the ones I have at home! The unit is decently stocked with plenty of extra towels and bedding, along with beach towels and gear. The host Andrew is very responsive and gives plenty of information as needed. He is easy to work with, and there are many positive aspects about this condo. Things you should be aware of: --This is an upstairs, middle unit with permanent neighbors living next door and down stairs. We tried to be quiet and unobtrusive, but I was thoughtlessly noisy the morning we were cleaning the condo and packing to leave. I felt really bad afterwards. --What they say about the North Shore is true--it is very windy. In early August, there are intermittent showers throughout the day. One moment you are baking on the beach and the next you are running for cover from the rain. --As someone else mentioned, the hot water runs out rather quickly, so it's best to stagger taking showers. --Both bathrooms are on the main floor, and the circular staircase to the loft is very steep and precarious. The loft also has a step-up to the main bed, which is another potential hazard. You probably wouldn't want to put very young children or older seniors up in the loft for those reasons. --Finally, I could never find a jacuzzi which would have been nice after our amazing scuba diving trip in Sharks Cove. If you are looking for a nicely remodeled condo on the North Shore where you can comfortably spread out, this would be a great unit for you.

My husband and I love the experience of staying on the north shore of Oahu. This condo provides easy access to all of the resort amenities while giving you the comfort of a home away from home.
