Condo was clean ,well kept and had all amenities needed. The location is great. Went with my 17 yr old son so we could surf the north shore. All iconic surf spots were within 5-20 min. And being on the east side of them we could avoid heavier traffic from Haleiwa town. Also kahuku town is about 10 min. In other direction. And there is plenty of commerce there. I also chose this condo as it was closest to the turtle bay resort and within a short walk. There is beach access there and also a fun wave to surf.

This was a great stay! We loved the location on the North Shore. Kitchen was very well stocked. Two full bathrooms was nice. Comfy bed. Great pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Very clean & quiet. Would definitely stay there again. Lots of food trucks nearby as well.

The condo was in reasonable condition. I would suggest that you inventory a few play items (e.g. boogie boards/beach toys/etc.) for your guests to use as it would definitely improve the experience. The unit was quite the noise pit fyi...e.g. Blue Hawaii's heliport is located opposite the fairway the lanai looks over and there was daily non-stop landscaping noise along with continual construction work to repair a broken water main in the facility. The constant door slamming by other residents that were staying in the other three units was..well, some people are just ignorant. I left the unit clean and the maid a very nice tip as I don't dwell on negative stuff. I will not rent this unit again. Thank you. Dennis

Turtle Bay is such a peaceful and spectacular place. This property’s gated community really leans into the luxuries and beauty of the north shore. The kitchen, laundry and living spaces were all great.

Turtle Bay condo Kuilima Estates East

The property was nice and very convenient. We had a couple of issues. One was with the cooking grill. They don't have a gas grill, so we had to go back to the store and get charcoal and a lighter, since there wasn't one in the unit. We had already purchased quite a lot of meat to grill, so it wasn't an option to not grill. The grill was somewhat difficult to use and not very clean. The other issue was the place didn't have beach towels, they only have a couple of beach blanket type things and two camping chairs, not beach chairs. So, bring your own chairs if you want the typical Tommy Bahama style beach chair. The unit also doesn't have a Kuerig coffee maker. The overall cleanliness and communication of the property manager was excellent. Beautiful golf course view as well. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Great spot!!

We loved this place! It’s in great location- you can dine/walk among Turtle Bay, enjoying the crowds, or enjoy quiet in the condo. Close to Kahuku, which is fun too. Condo is not fancy, but perfect -great layout, nice, new, plentiful towels, bedding, and kitchen has everything you’d ever need on vacation. Nice, responsive mgt team as well. Would def recommend!

Would 100% stay here again

This was the perfect spot for us - we loved the experience of staying in North Shore, convenience of being close to the Turtle Bay amenities, and opportunity to save money on a few meals by having a full kitchen. This may be a one-bedroom, but it was very spacious and the two full baths were really nice to have. The owners thought of everything - plenty of bath towels, everything from dish soap to shower gel, and even beach towels. We were really comfortable here, thank you so much!

Nice Stay on North Shore

We stayed for 4 days on the North Shore, and the unit was nice and convenient. It was great being so close to Turtle Bay Resort and also in between Laie and Haleiwa. The bed was comfortable and the linens were lovely. Nice having two bathrooms too. The pool was nice and quiet. Overall, a very relaxing stay on the beautiful North Shore.
