Tropische Kuilima Estates Condo op Turtle Bay

We zijn verheugd om deze prachtige begane grond 1 slaapkamer, een badkamer appartement voor uw volgende verblijf in het paradijs aan te bieden. Deze unit is gelegen in Kui'lima Estates East, die zich bevindt in het Turtle Bay Resort aan de beroemde North Shore van Oahu. Geniet van de levensstijl van het resort zonder dure resortprijzen te betalen! Met een ontspannen gevoel willen we dat u zich meteen thuis voelt tijdens uw verblijf bij ons. Een prachtig zwembad, barbecues en tennisbanen liggen net buiten uw deur, terwijl het strand, twee kampioenschapsgolfbanen (Arnold Palmer en George Fazio), Nalu Kinetic Spa, meerdere restaurants (Lei Lei's Bar & Grill, Roy's Beach House, Kula Grill) , Pa`akai Fine Dining, Surfer The Bar) en een bar bij het zwembad liggen op slechts 5 minuten lopen.

Sommige activiteiten kunnen via het hotel worden geboekt, waaronder surflessen, paardrijden en helikoptervluchten, terwijl andere activiteiten, zoals dagtochten naar het Polynesische Cultureel Centrum, wandelen, kooi of haaien zonder haaien, snorkelen, parachutespringen en staand paddleboarden , zijn minder dan 30 minuten verwijderd!

Great location! Close to beaches, food trucks, and hiking. Instructions were clear regarding check in process and property manager was responsive to questions. Beach umbrella, cooler, beach towels and sand toys were available. My only recommendation would be to have the AC on the day guests arrive. We were hot and sweaty after a long day and it took a couple hours to cool down the condo. Loved waking up to the sunrise and the lights on the patio made a cozy atmosphere.

The location is stunning! The condo is perfectly situated to adventure on the north shore and enjoy the brilliance of the area/beaches in walking distance. We look forward to returning! The condo had everything we needed. Communication was prompt. Checking in /out was a breeze.

Lovely apartment in a secluded neighborhood

We had an amazing stay at this quiet condo. The area is beautiful and is walkable to turtle bay. The beach gears that the property provides are definitely a plus. The kitchen has all the cookwares you need for simple meals. The living room does get warm as the AC is only located in the bedroom and to get into the condo, it does require some extra steps. Overall, this property is lovely and would definitely recommend to others.

Property is wonderfully located on the North Shore. Enjoyed our time there. Property manager left clear instructions on how to check in and check out. We had a minor issue with he shower, but they took care of it quickly. Location is close to some of our favorite North Shore snorkeling spots, and they provided plenty of ammenities for us to use.

Perfect location on the North Shore and lovely accommodation near the pool, with a car park. Really enjoyed our time there! Walk to Turtle Bay where we swam with the turtles and short drive to Gunstock Ranch where we had a sunset dinner and horse ride. Short drive to Pipeline and the Polynesian Centre where we enjoyed visiting! Would stay again!

Wonderful location

Really nice location on the North Shore - essentially on the Ritz Carlton resort property. We swam on the beach at the Ritz and ate at a couple of their restaurants. Highly recommend Beach House by Roy for a splurge dinner. We drove around to see other beaches. House only has AC in the bedroom, but it is powerful (and loud). Snorkels, beach umbrella and chairs there that we used on the beaches too. Weird smell in the bathroom but otherwise a great stay.

Great location

Fabulous location near the turtle bay resort - can walk or drive to the hotel’s beach and bring the chairs/umbrellas provided in the Vrbo. Not sure why people are spending 3x a night to stay at the Resort when you can access many of the amenities, excursions and golf without staying there! Unit is sufficient, a little older, but with nice porches in back and front, nice to relax at “home.” Easy drive to many other beautiful beaches, supermarket and food options. Would recommend inquiring about AC situation in the unit if you have medical conditions that would need a cooler stay as the only unit is in the bedroom and the rest of the unit is cooled by ceiling fans and cross breeze. We had a lovely time!

The condo was clean and comfortable. I loved the garden view. The trade breeze blows into the house from the back garden area. It was relaxing and most of the time very peaceful. Very close walking to Turtle Bay Resort.

Amazing spot in the North Shore

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! We had everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella for beach days, and a washer and dryer. This property is centrally located in the North Shore, a short walk/drive to Turtle Bay and the Ritz Carlton. Lots of great food trucks and eateries nearby.

Not bad, not great

This is a pretty standard condo with some nice features and some that did not work as expected. Beginning with obtaining and dropping off the key fob, it requires a 10-15 min drive (depending on traffic) to retrieve and to return, even though presumably the cleaners could return it. Not a huge issue but a bit annoying. Our main issue was the A/C. When we entered the condo, it was extremely warm and it took a long time to cool down. The A/C is actually a single unit on the floor in the bedroom that does not really cool down the living area, and the unit is extremely noisy for those in the room. That was definitely a negative for us. You can open the sliding doors to get a cross breeze but we were here in the summer and it was generally a warm breeze. The lanais were nice, location was fine with the caveat that the only available food in the immediate area is at the hotel, which is extremely nice but expensive, otherwise a bit of a drive, again not the end of the world but something to know. The pool is very nice and overall the condo was fine but from our perspective, just fine.
