'Cabin has great potential, but needs attention. 1. Outlets are questionable at best2. Hole in wall behind front door3. Bottoms of furniture need cleaning ( and possibly under the bed)4. Mat in kitchen is old and stained5. Curtain rods barely hanging on6. Shower curtain is ridiculess7. Beding needs updatingThe rustic/western theme is really cute though.'

'My family of 4 had a excellent experience. Location was just far enough away that it felt remote but it wasn't. We took advantage of a bonfire and cooking a couple meals.The owners had things laid out and easy to understand what to do and where things were.Thank you'

'We were a family of 4, the property was exactly what we wanted. Quiet neighborhood, the host was very attentive and the house was immaculate. There was plenty of room and the kids loved the game room. I would definitely recommend it and if we are in the area would select it again.'

'Pros: great communication & cleanliness Cons: 1. No bottled water & snacks though it was stated there would be2. Coffee station only had Splenda for sweetener3. Mattress was EXTREMELY uncomfortable 4. Mold in corner of shower5. Shower head is very low, I'm 5'3 & I had to squat under shower head6. VERY difficult to get into shower, it's also a bathtub with very high sides. Grab bars are not placed efficiently, I almost fell getting out.7. They want you to take your trash to the freaking trash can...

'Loved our stay at Cozy Mountain Cabin! It was so peaceful being among the trees. Saw deer almost every morning crossing right in front of the cabin! We had everything we needed for our stay. Cabin was clean and ready when we got there. It was very close to town and was easy to get to the Grand Canyon Railway for our jaunt to the canyon. Chris was excellent in the communication area also. Would definitely stay there again if we were in area and would recommend it to family and friends.'

'The kitchen was fully equipped incliding condiments. Our hostess was very nice. She responded promptly. For us this property was centrally located for all we wanted to do. Safeway being so close was a major plus and Dairy Queen. We were close to the Route 66 shopping. The noise level was very low. I would highly recommend this house. Set up nicely '
