Allison, I am sorry you did not come to me with your concerns. There is little I can do after the fact to address your needs. If you had come to me with this while you were here, we could have worked something out. The spa water was a little cloudy, because the lid had been closed for some time. It cleared up after it was exposed to the sun. If you felt the room was musty, then running the AC only aquatinted it. You need to run the unit on dry and that would have corrected it. Again, I am sorry you did not come to me with this while you were here. May your future travels be more enjoyable. Aloha, Janice

Aloha Jen, Thank you for staying with us. We already upgraded the comforter. Pillows are hard to gauge, as everyone's preferences are different (hard, soft, flat, contoured). Thank you for staying with us. By telling us of your concerns after the fact there is little we can do to help you. Mobility issues could have easily been improved, if you only reset your boaster for the signal. No one has ever said anything about the water pressure in 20 years. So I am not sure how to correct the pressure preference for an individual. We are glad you stayed with us. Aloha, Janice

Guests arrived misrepresenting themselves, arriving with a baby they they did not inform us of. They trashed the place (leaving dirty diapers on the kitchen counter, ground in food on the floor (carpets and tile) as well as on the beds, they even took one of the bedspreads and left it on the outdoor deck floor, plus they stole and broke items and then the reneged on their payment. They sunk out a day early and did not tell us. These are they type of guests you do not want in your establishment. These are the ones that you want to absolutely avoid.
