The dining table offers seating for four, and the kitchen bar also seats four. This home sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a California king bed and a smart TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The covered lanai provides a patio table with seating and partial ocean views. Kailua Bay Resort amenities include a pool (unheated) and hot tub, both open year-round, plus loungers and community grills. The home includes free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and a window air-conditioning unit in the living area and bedroom. Assigned parking is available for one vehicle in the carport. Additional guest parking may be available in visitor parking spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis. Street parking is not permitted.
