Room clean and tidy over the 4 day stay. Limited staff at service desk. TV free to air access and no internet signal. Got a phone message response to our enquiry at service who said would let managing agent know. There was an email response but we did not look. TV settings identified that TV had internet no access messages on the day beofre checkin plus numerous days throughout 2024.

Exactly as advertised. Comfy spot right in the heart of Kona town. This is an older property and the unit has been really nicely renovated. Small but space is used well so just right for 2 adults. All of the important things were just right - nice shower, decent bed, just enough counter space for coffee and snacks, and good AC. Pool area is close by and is perfect for a cool dip. No this is not a show place with an incredible view. However, would definitely stay here again as it is clean comfortable and convenient.

Super cute studio! It’s a few minute walk to lots of restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. It was very clean and had a pool view. Not on the beach, but it’s very close. I would recommend without hesitation.

The condo is clean and comfortable. The layout design is amazing—great use of the space. The location was convenient (walking distance) to restaurants and shops. There were some homeless “camped” under a tree across the street. They kept to themselves and didn’t bother anyone. The condo property felt safe as people were coming in and out consistently. Would stay here again.

Deserves the 5 star rating. Very clean, safe, and all the amenities. Location is centrally located within walking distance to many restaurants. Cece was attentive and involved in making sure everything went well. All good things to say though the parking was a bit of an issue on the weekend.

Clean room, Great location, Shops nearby. The landscaping was gorgeous and they had a private pool. The boogie boards and cooler that the host left was helpful and made our stay that much more fun. Unfortunately, I had to park on the street at times as the lot was full. Nonetheless, thanks for hosting us!

This apartment in Kona was absolutely fantastic! The complex was beautiful, the apartment was perfect - great facilities, comfy bed, and lovely and clean! There is lots of beach equipment - body boards, chairs, umbrella, snorkels & fins. The location is perfect - a short walk to restaurants, shops, amazing Kona coffee and a number of beaches, amazing for snorkelling. Safe to say we didn’t want to leave, and we will certainly be back!

We love staying at this property. Beautiful room overlooking the pool. Walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoyed watching a family of mongoose every morning with our coffee. Definitely stay here again. Mahalo

Building was convenient to downtown Kona and the property has shore front access. However, the property is old and maintenance was lacking. The pool area needs some maintenance and was not appealing. Parking was limited and we had to find a spot on the street several blocks away even though each unit is supposed to have a parking spot.The condo was clean and updated.

Nice stay

Property was as describe. Very clean and welcoming. Communication with host was great. Site manager needs to develop better people skills. Terrible interaction with her. Ocean is easily accessible, however homeless gather there and drink.
